They had a "chat online for any questions" which I asked a simple question. Got an immediate "automatic" response that said "thank you so much for your inquiry. We will notify the owners immediately and they will get back to you when they are able " THAT was 5 days ago. I guess they are super busy to not answer a simple question. Which in turn makes me leary about using this particular company. I have moved on....

Man oh man. They did an excellent job this morning. This was the first time we had a professional company clean our carpets. Previous to this we had been renting the "rug doctor" every few years. Had I known the difference this would make I would have done it much sooner. Their service had many steps.... vacuuming, removing stains, a circular machine to get the roots of the carpet, and finally the water machine. The amount of dirt that I saw going out to their van and down the street was substantial. I will recommend them now to my immediate friends.

Sterling Carpet Cleaning has to be the most professional cleaning company I have ever used. From their appearance to their equipment used. They got me in the next day, showed up when they said they would and did an awesome job. The carpet was steamed cleaned and dry in an hour I did not think it was even possible.
