I called 2 different places for pricing and the pricing was similar but C&W was more attentive to my situation and helping me with the right solution. I appreciated the professionalism and prompt responses.

This was the best place to deal with. Great price, good flexibility on delivery and pickup, and all staff I dealt with were pleasant. Definitely first on my call list next time!

Excellent people to work with. Very responsive. There were no surprises on the final bill or anything else. My bill was less than the deposit and the difference was refunded as soon as the bin was processed.

Kathy from C&W Rentals was incredibly responsive to our company's needs and took the time to explain the necessary paperwork they provide for reporting to our client. Her communication regarding what to expect from their team was very detailed and helpful.

We did encounter a couple of scheduling issues on our end, but Kathy and her team were quick to assist with the cancellation process, which we truly appreciated. While our subcontractor ultimately provided the dumpster for this project, I would absolutely use C&W Rentals in the future if we require one in her service area.

I live in Sacramento and I needed two 40ft dumpsters in Fresno for a big job I was on. This was my first time using CW Dumpsters and I admit I was unsure about the whole process and what kind of service they could provide. I don’t want to leave anyone out so forgive if I do. Kathy at the office is fantastic to work with answered all my questions and even made sure the driver contacted me the morning of as I had two 53 ft trucks being unloaded early in the morning.Trini for helping to explain the invoice process as I need to make sure my expenses report was accurate. Our driver Thomas - 10 stars is not enough He went above and beyond and his customer service level is outstanding! I can’t speak on pricing but even if it’s considered high the level of customer service and commitment to satisfaction is worthy of a few extra nickels. I will be a customer for life! Thank you CW!!

The best service for the money

This company was very prompt in responding to me. The dumpster was delivered at the time the said it would be and picked up when they said. The driver who picked up the dumpster was very nice, and my little grandson enjoyed watching it be loaded on the truck. The size of the dumpster was more than adequate for my needs and clean.

Great to work with, very professional. Same day service. Everyone is very polite. Would definitely recommend them if you need a dumpster roll off.
