Lee's Air came out to do maintenance check on 12yr unit. Told us we needed whole new unit for just shy of $30,000. Yes $30,000! The two service techs were very nice but if this is how they work I would never refer them for a job. Upsell crazy! Another AC company is repairing parts for under $1,000. The system wasn't broken to start with. Lee's Air you do not serve your community honestly. Shame.

He was very polite and respectful. He came to check on the HVAC blower, tested and diagnosed it was dead. Called immediately for a replacement which will arrive in 2days. And offered portable ac units which 1 will be dropped off this pm.

Great great guys work work professional and fast. They get stuff done in hours not days. I got new AC, new toilets, and and will be getting a water filtration system soon. Great value

They were able to accommodate us quickly when our AC stopped working. Not only did they replace the motor, they fixed a ducting issue that PDS flat out told me would be $10k and needed to be fixed immediately for risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. They offered fair pricing. My only negative feedback is they left my floors a complete mess and there was some tar/goop with a gouge on the wall in my hallway. They should consider booties or laying paper down in the homes before a detailed repair such as this. Overall, my husband was very impressed and our AC works.

R S Heating and Cooling exceeded all expectations. Our AC suddenly stopped working and I sent a few requests out on Yelp, and R S Heating and Cooling responded quickly and they were able to come out to our house the same day. The fix ended up being straight forward and had our AC back up and running in about 20 minutes. Thanks for the quick assistance, will be using again of we ever need it!

The furnace started making a loud banging noise and then stopped heating altogether. Called them and they had a technician out within a few hours. The technician diagnosed a faulty compressor and had the replacement part on his truck. Everything was fixed within a couple hours and they cleaned up after themselves. Really impressed.

Half the rooms in our house were freezing while others were too warm. Called them and they had a technician out within a few hours. They did a complete system replacement including new furnace, AC unit, and smart thermostat. Professional service from start to finish. They've earned a customer for life.

This company was rude. They should not have a Google search that says that they service mobile homes. They asked me if I own the land in which I live on and I told them that I live in a mobile home park and they said sorry they can't help me. And that's funny because I saw one of their people over here just the day before yesterday. So, if you don't own the land in which you live so if you live in a mobile home park DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!
