Chris is very knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented.
We LOVE our new kitchen!!!

Botched our kitchen remodel. Never finished a huge mistake he made and never even followed up about it. Also did a really poor quality job on some living room install.

So professional and great work quality!!! Chris installed my floating shelves and they are perfectly aligned! Cleaned up any mess, done in a timely manner as well! Highly recommend!!!

Chris Kincaid and staff were amazing - organized, diligent, talented craftsmen who held a high standard of performance and integrity. We would like to thank them for a job well done and for exceeding our expectations.

Chris exceeded all expectations on our fireplace remodel. He is honest, trustworthy and highly knowledgeable in all areas of construction. We are very pleased to have found him in our search and He comes with our highest recommendation. Thank you so much Chris!

Can’t say enough about Chris…he is at the top of his craft! Professional, dependable, contributes with helpful advice and solutions, on time, fair pricing!

Among other things, Chris built and assembled laundry room and garage shelves, replaced kitchen can-lights and pendants, and prepared our kitchen island for a new counter-top including installation of sink, fixtures and plumbing. Each project was completed with the highest standards of care and quality.

Chris has our highest recommendation!

I have had Chris do various jobs for me. He installed a new fence in my previous home as well as repairing a patio roof and items that needed repairs for inspection on my home before I sold it. When I purchased my new home he built a custom fence In accordance with the specifications of my HOA in my new gated community. He also trouble shooted my electrical issues with my landscape lights and fountain function. ( previous landscapers had not installed the electrical properly). He was able to find the problem and fix it to code. He recently ran electrical to a bedroom and installed a ceiling fan and ran electrical to a den and installed canned lighting. When $$ permit, I will be hiring him to demo and redo my master bathroom. Chris is excellent at everything he does! He has integrity, and cares deeply about doing the job right. He's always on time and provides options and advice. I feel very fortunate to have found someone like him that I trust completely to work on and in my home. I have been a home owner for 25 years and to find someone like Chris, with his skill, knowledge, honesty and work ethic is refreshing. I recommend him for ANY job you need! The best! Thank You! Carol

We used Kincaid Construction for a Kitchen remodel and could not be happier! They were responsive, courteous and professional throughout the process. All of the employees treated our house with respect, and my wife and I are completely happy with the end result of our new kitchen. We even hired Kincaid to do a bedroom remodel later, and will be doing our bathrooms soon!

I really love my home and the excellent work of Chris Kinkaid and his whole team. I look around and see - and appreciate - the artistry of each person. Each craftsman put a very personal touch into the remodel of my condo. Grateful, Sydney Farr

Chris with Kincaid Handyman & Construction designed and built an outdoor fire pit for us this past weekend and we absolutely love it! He is very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He is prompt and great with communication. He explained the entire process and kept his word through the throughout the project, which was very important to us. My kids even loved hanging outside watching all the work. I would definitely recommend him, in fact, we will be using him for a few more backyard projects in the coming months.

All of the other Google reviews for Chris are spot on. He is professional, courteous and on time and fair with his pricing. I had Chris install a new door with wheelchair/ADA threshold. I had many other contractors shy away from the job. He did a great job and I highly recommend him.

Chris and his crew did an outstanding job on our fireplace remodel. He had excellent communication with us and his crew continually checked with us to make sure it was what we wanted. Ron and I were very pleased with Kincaid Construction and would use them again.

Chris was easy to work with.
He communicated well throughout the project, helped with design considerations and style advice and was open to feedback / adjustments.
The quote process was laid out in detail, he managed changed orders professionally and billings were itemized and matched the initial quote exactly.

I have future home renovation projects in mind and will definitely be using Chris again in the future. If you’re looking for quality results from a professional, Chris is your man.

Chris and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen and living area remodel. This includes redoing our fireplace. Always prompt. Chris kept me informed all the time regarding when his crew would arrive. He finished on time. Chris gave us excellent design advice on items for our kitchen, that we never considered. He worked well with our designer. Chris is easy to talk to and easy to work with. Highly recommend bringing him in for a quote on your remodel.

Wonderful team! We are so happy with the results! Kincaid Construction Owners, Chris & Jessica, came out to our home to hear about our problem areas, make suggestions, and come up with a plan to achieve our desired results. After suffering with poor lighting in the kitchen for years, their vision of updated pendants and adding recessed lighting came out beautiful and achieved the light we were looking for so we can use the space for gathering, homework, etc. They were wonderful with all my potential product questions for the area as we were deciding among many options! Kincaid also modernized our patio by switching out numerous old fans for recessed lighting and upgraded fans. We’ve also added recessed lighting to another dark room that completely transformed the space into a useable area. Chris & team are professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. We have loved working with Kincaid Construction and are excited to grow our list of next projects with them! Call them! You won’t be disappointed!
