I absolutely loved this company! I was mostly assisted by Tessa and she was very accommodating to my busy life and my grandma. During every step they were very transparent with their pricing as well as date of competition.

Great deal on the grass and they finished in a good time, but they left trash EVERYWHERE cans etc even the workers old finished lunch. Spent a few hours cleaning up their mess after. They also left a massive ramp that loads their equipment in the truck and I called to have them pick it up, they said they will pick it up soon (2 months later they did). So less than a year, the grass is sinking in two spots and they scheduled a repair for Monday at 10am. I called at 11am and asked where they were and they said I was mistakenly scheduled for Wednesday, so she reschedules me for 130, and then calls me back at 1 saying they can’t do 130 now. She asks if I have dogs and I told her yes because you guys installed pet turf, so I have to be home for them to do the repair. I wasted an entire day waiting for them just to be rescheduled 3 times for a week later. They have very poor communication.

This is way more than a showroom for synthetic grass. They have lots of other products and ideas to help landscape your yard. The owner, Hugo, is a true professional; he gives you options and estimates, then shows up on time and gets done what he says he'll do. I'm thrilled with the project he did in my back yard and plan to use his products and services again soon in my front yard. I highly recommend this locally-owned business!

We got our landscaping done by Synthetic Grass Showroom. Before choosing them, I got quote from several other companies. Not only was Synthetic's quote competitive, but talking to their representative Obed I felt confident that they were experts and knew what they were doing. Obed took care of all the minute details and kept me informed. Thanks for the great work!

I had these guys put a concrete curb around my circle driveway. They did a great job and took extra time to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. When one part cracked in the wrong place while it was drying, Hugo and his team responded quickly and came back and replaced that section so it was as good as new. I was very impressed by their hard work, their skills and their professionalism. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends.

We had an amazing experience with getting artificial grass installed!!! Everyone was professional & friendly!! The Installers were exceptional!! “The Cousins” worked so hard to install the turf perfectly! They were both so friendly, so kind, and experts with the process. They explained everything and they were happy to answer all my questions. Within 24 hours I had an issue with my dog pulling up the corners of the turf. I was so sad to see such a perfect job get ruined! We called the company & “The Cousins” returned within 45 minutes of our phone call. They were so positive & told me that they could fix it!! Everything was back to perfection within 30 minutes! Thank you so much for going above & beyond! You guys are wonderful and I appreciate you completely!! I will refer you to all my friends & family!!

Thank you Obed and team for our awesome Synthetic grass! Looks great and they were able to schedule and complete the project by the date we were needing the work done. Ours is a big rectangle that was 2 pieces, I know exactly where the seam was watching the guys install but when they were finished I couldn't see it at all! The crew left our yard cleaner than it was before and pressure washed our entire front of the house concrete, street and all. Thanks again!

Synthetic Grass Showroom did our front and backyard landscaping, both synthetic grass and concrete. We had a great experience with them. We worked closely with Jason. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our schedule. Work was done on time at a reasonable price.
