We reached out to Ecoguard when we were experiencing rodents near our home as we live in a rural area of Fresno and our previous pest company was not cutting it nor making the effort to come out and help solve the issue for us. They are very informative, warm and honest people each time we've called for or about an upcoming service. After 2 visits and set traps with sealing off potential entry points, the rodents are gone! the issue I worte about this company I'm happy to say management called me and made things right apparently they bookkeeping wasn't familiar with what was going on I was given an apology and things were made right yes I will continue to keep them as my pest control company as I has been satisfied with they service thank you management for straightening everything out

l like the spray they use its very effective in and out side they will come out with no problem if it needs to be resprayed

I was incredibly grateful to Akoni and our service technician Alex for coming by my home and taking care of some paper wasps. Along with the routine care they provide. They truly are experts and are very knowledgeable. They make sure to take care of covering everything you'd be concerned about as a homeowner as well as friendly and fast service. Johnathan did the pest treatment and service today at my home. I always have a lot of webbing because of living at Woodward Lake. He took the time and got it all cleaned up. We have much less insect problems because of how well they take care of us.

Impressed with this company. Had a rocky start with them, but it turned out well. Requested service for a dead rodent under my house. Came out, did inspection, said would have a quote for me in three or four business days. I wasn't happy with this as I wanted my immediate problem taken care of. Manager called the next day, apologized for what happened, rearranged some stuff and sent a tech out. This tech went under the house, found the rodent, removed it. Problem solved. Amazing follow up and willingness to correct issues. Very pleased with what was done and the attention to this issue. Now looking at long term service from them.

Had an amazing experience. At the beginning of this summer we started having issues with those big water bugs / roaches coming into our home looking for water and food. At first we were just removing them ourselves but one day my roommate saw 6 of them and was getting traumatized by it. So I needed a same day service. I contacted other pest control places and this was the only place that could come the same day. The tech that came was really nice and informative. He sprayed our home inside and out and the bugs are gone. The next day I saw like 20 of these bugs all dead around the perimeter of our home. Would recommend for sure
