Snake 'N' Laterals

Excellent customer service and very prompt. I initially called and got an answering machine so I submitted an online request. By the time i submitted the request they were already calling me back. They were able to arrange Austin to come out within a few hours but he became available sooner as he was in the area. He went to work to troubleshoot, eliminated some of my biggest worries, and determined possible solutions to our problem. Thank you all for your help.

Called Snake n Lateral because my main drain to the street was backed up. They arrived within 30 minutes of contacting them and had the problem fixed with 15 minutes. A young man named Austin was the one doing the work and was very professional and easy to talk to. Will definitely recommend them to people and call them again if needed.

Sometimes plumbing issues can be very stressful, but from the first call Snake's 'N' Laterals they made me feel comfortable and less stressed! When I called and talked to an actual person that was so helpful and caring to Austin coming and explaining every step and answering extra questions and taking the time to explain it to me and my husband. I appreciate everything this company has done and will be using them in the future for anything else I may need in.
