Excellent customer service and very prompt. I initially called and got an answering machine so I submitted an online request. By the time i submitted the request they were already calling me back. They were able to arrange Austin to come out within a few hours but he became available sooner as he was in the area. He went to work to troubleshoot, eliminated some of my biggest worries, and determined possible solutions to our problem. Thank you all for your help.

Called Snake n Lateral because my main drain to the street was backed up. They arrived within 30 minutes of contacting them and had the problem fixed with 15 minutes. A young man named Austin was the one doing the work and was very professional and easy to talk to. Will definitely recommend them to people and call them again if needed.

Sometimes plumbing issues can be very stressful, but from the first call Snake's 'N' Laterals they made me feel comfortable and less stressed! When I called and talked to an actual person that was so helpful and caring to Austin coming and explaining every step and answering extra questions and taking the time to explain it to me and my husband. I appreciate everything this company has done and will be using them in the future for anything else I may need in.

Was absolutely pleased with the work, professionalism, and how informative Nick and Nathaniel were.

Also loved that the quote that I got was exactly what I paid with no additional fees or funny business. It was also 6 times less than quotes from other companies.

Overall 11/10 stars from me. Honest, fair, and trustworthy work. Also came with a 1 year limited warranty so I have an ease of mind if the problem occurs again. With the transparency that Nathaniel and Nick had (letting me watch, see cameras, ask questions), I don’t think the problem will occur again.

My sink backed up over the weekend, so I called Snake & Laterals when they opened at 6am Monday morning - I was able to make an appointment immediately and if I had been available, even received service that day. I appreciated being able to schedule a tech so quickly and easily! Zach came by the next day during the 2 hour window and I received a heads up text prior to his arrival. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got right to work. He fixed the problem and gave me some good feedback on the condition of my home’s drainage system, plus some tips to make some simple improvements. A job well done and I will definitely use this team in the future (hopefully not too soon!).

We love the service from the whole company from the time we made the appointment with Gricelda to when Austin finished replacing the rusted out pipe in our kitchen. They do honest work and will explain anything you have questions on. Great guys that come out that are very personable! If you need something done, give them a call! This was also our second experience with them

Nick was straightforward with his analysis of the problem and gave several options and his recommendation. We agreed with his recommendation and he professionally installed a new water heater and walked me through the things to know about the updated system.

Such an easy experience! Have lived in our house for 9 years and have never had a to call a plumbing service before. Found these guys based on great online reviews after researching a bit and I agree! 5/5. We had a very slow draining kitchen sink that was backing up. They showed up on time, very kind, figured out the problem quickly, and resolved it. No mess for us to clean up, just a kitchen sink that works! Will use again if needed in the future.

Super easy company to work with. Austin cleared our plugged drain quickly and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely use them again.

Very professional and very good at explaining what the issue was. We had a leak in a pipe in our garage that was causing flooding down the walls. They were able to come out within an hour or so, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed for us the same day. I would highly recommend their services.

Had an install for a new faucet by Nick and Austin. They did a wonderful job! Any little problem that came up in the installation they solved and always considered my opinion. They even moved my soap dispenser to another hole in the sink after they were completely done,…because we realized that an old water filter tap line leaked and decided not to replace it above the sink. They were on time, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They gave me a fair quote at the beginning and that is what it was when the job was finished. We have some more plumbing jobs for them that we will definitely be using Nick and Austin for. Thank you 😊

Austin came out and did a sewer line inspection for my buyer and it was money well spent. There was a huge tree root that could’ve cost my client thousands down the road.

Snakes and Laterals
I like them because they are very clear about prices and know how to inform you about what is required or needed to be done and they get prices to you as soon as they are able. I love how they will talk to the necessary company,s and explain to them what is going on. Especially when they won't listen or believe you when you tell them. I find them refreshing and upfront about everything. I am thankful for them, even if I don't like the price - even so the price they give you is fair. I got under house pipe replacement. Waiting on the price update, it should have it by tomorrow.i fave not paid yet as I needed to contact the house warranty company first as it js going to be very expensive as they will need to open up the floor to replace several se tons of pipe.

I had the best experience with Snake ‘N Laterals. I called them to come out to my home after another plumber assigned by my home warranty company discovered roots in my main sewer line and - shocker alert - didn’t want to do anything else. Snake ‘N Laterals was very honest and transparent about services that may be required, cost, risk, etc. I’m very happy with the level of service received and will definitely be calling again with future plumbing needs.

The crew / technicians are knowledgeable and polite and will see your project through. We had Nathaniel and Austin to our home and both did an outstanding job.

Called them twice for quotes and used their service the second time. Should have used them the first time, too. Everyone I've spoken with at this company had been kind and personable. Austin came out both for the quote and service on time and was fast, knowledgeable, respectful, and very kind. We had a vavle replaced and the work was quickly finished and cleaned up very well. Price was very fair for service as well! Highly recommended this company!
