I have had a broken dishwasher ever since I moved into my home about four months ago. It was only a little broken. The compartment that holds the detergent wouldn’t stay latched.

For a couple months I tried to work around it. I put the pod in the compartment and closed it without latching it. And then I just threw the dishwasher pod into the basin of the dishwasher. Finally, it became clear that it wasn’t working. My dishes weren’t getting clean and they also had a soapy film all over them.

I seriously considered buying a new dishwasher just because I’m new to the area and didn’t even know who to call. I did a Google search though and was connected to this business. I reached out and was put in touch with a repair man immediately. He checked in with me, and we found a good time for him to come by.

He was very flexible and open and positive. He visited and took care of the whole thing on the spot. Extremely professional, communicative, efficient and effective.

I’m so glad I have an appliance repair person to go out now! My dishwasher was older and he could easily have recommended that I just get it replaced. I’m glad I’ll get to enjoy some more of its lifetime though before consigning it to the trash. That’s a better environmental decision anyway!
