The four man crew they sent out to do our fence, led by Gustavo, did a great job. They took their time to do quality work. They were communicative, skilled, and clean. The price was fair and the job was done right. I would recommend them for any kind of work you need done.

Just had a new roof put on and the whole house painted. We found the crew to be very professional. Always on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We found the work to be of very high quality and would highly recommend this company. John, the project manager, was always prompt to address any concerns we had, which we really appreciated. Looking forward to continuing more projects in the future.

From a full dining room remodel, to a complex exterior door replacement, structural stucco repair and repainting both house and garage, topping it off with coating the front and back porch, the Castone crew went above and beyond! I can highly recommend Castone Roofing and Construction for all of your Roofing needs! I decided to have my rental property re-roofed before winter kicked in. I contacted John Bennett, Castone's VP of Sales and Operations, and requested a bid to replace a flat top residential Spanish style roof. This house was built in the late twenties and was in need of not only a roof but window wood trim replacement and ceramic tiles protecting the windows from rain. For the amount of work required for this restoration and roof replacement, I received an excellent bid to complete the work. In addition to the roofing quote, I also received a bid to paint the house exterior and detached garage. This was work that I had not been planning, but was so happy with the bid that I went ahead and authorized the house to also be painted when the roof was being done! In addition, I also had some bare service wires on the roof requiring PG&E to repair before the roof could be started. John took the lead and coordinated the repair with a local electrical contractor and PG&E. I definitely received customer service on steroids from John in getting my project scheduled and completed! The finished product is excellent and the roof passed all City inspections with flying colors. I also have to say that the exterior paint job also added an amazing touch to this house making it look new again. Again if you need a new roof or other construction needs, including painting, I highly recommend Castone roofing and Construction!

AAA Roofing replaced the roof on my house and garage. They completed the job in a week. The roof looks great and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great company to work with, they did exactly what was written on the proposal. The job took 3 days to complete and came back the 4th day to pick up their trash that was in a neat pile ready to haul off. The owner is quick to respond and very honest, I was referred to AAA by a friend and I'm so glad to have found a wonderful roofing company. I highly recommend!

I need to have shingles torn off a low slope roof and have rolled roofing installed. AAA Roofing looked like they had a good record and good reviews but I was very disappointed with them! I called to make an appointment for a roofing bid. No one available so I left a message. No call back so I called back and again had to leave a message. I finally got a call back from Ray on the 3rd day after my first message. He offered to come the next day, and I was glad he was willing to come on a Saturday morning. He didn't text or call before coming to confirm anything. When Ray didn't show up on time I texted and asked when he was coming. He said he was leaving. I asked how long till he would get there. He said he already came and left. He was going to his next appointment. I told him that he was not at my house already. He said he came and no one was home, no cars at the house, so he went on the roof and looked. I told him he must have been at the wrong house, but he was sure he was at the right house. I told him he needed to come back. I was waiting in the front yard when Ray came down the street. I could see he was looking around at the houses. He pulled up right in front of my house and didn't even see me. He started to drive further down the road and I yelled at him to get his attention. Then he saw me and stopped. He said he went to the vacant house next door. His excuses just tell me he's not very organized and not good about details. When he did look at the roof he gave me a verbal quote which I think is way under bid for tearing off and installing rolled roofing. He suggested just doing a repair but that's not what I want done. He never sent me an actual bid on paper and I haven't heard from him since the day we met. I would not recommend using them.

Their price was dramatically lower than the highest offer I got. I checked them out on BBB and they have an A+ rating. Doing a half roof for me, the job was okay, but they had to come back to install the ridge row of sheets. THey also had to return to reinstall a water shield over the front door, and the one they installed was shorter than the one that was there originally. They did the make-up work, but would not have had I not called it to their attention.

Had a full reroof from wood shake to asphalt shingles and a lot of facia and I mean a lot of facia. He was one of the lower quoted and high reviewed . Communication is modern day, via text. But came and quoted and accepted job , went right to it and was a little over his original quote. overall great job and experience. Communication can be better but overall job done and passed inspection.

After a big rain my rental's roof was leaking really bad. I texted with Ray, he said he could be there in 20 minutes. I had an estimate texted to me within an hour.
Two days later his crew started and the roof was completed within a few days.. Ray did the roof on my home 3 years ago. The estimate was the most reasonable, the work was permitted and completed as promised.
i was very happy with his crew, they cleaned up as they went along and the job was completed before the next rain. Ray also did my neibors house.

Fast roofing estimate, I couldn't start when they wanted, but when I contacted them to start, they were there the next day. Stripped off the old roof the first day, new roofing over the next two days. Quality service, good communication and great price. I would recommend Ray and his crew.

Ray and his crew were great. They removed two layers of roof in my older 1970's house in Clovis. Everything was done in two days, and the city inspector said everything looks great! Best price, best service, best quality. I will definitely use AAA roofing in the future and I highly recommend them.

We had to replace our roof and needed a roofer who could also remove and reinstall our solar panel system. Quote was competitive plus offered a veteran discount. The crew worked fast and cleaned up debris fairly well. The finished roof looked good, but not happy it was installed with the solar racks still attached.

Cons: Misunderstandings and lack of communication. I asked if he could remove our solar panels and racking. He said yes, he could do it. I took that to mean that Rey would do it. He used a subcontractor and when I returned home in the afternoon, the panels were removed and stacked on each other on our back patio, but the racks were not removed.

After project was completed and passed inspection, I noticed that a couple of solar panels weren't lining up as they were originally and appeared scratched and/or dented.

Thinking the service was completed in good faith, a couple of months later, we received a Notice of Mechanics Lien from the roofing supply company against our property wherein the contractor and/or the homeowner are responsible to pay for materials used in X amount of days or the property would go into foreclosure. To make a long story short, there were a few phone calls, but mainly text messages with Rey. Essentially, Rey said the lien balance was paid for on September 13, 2024. Not true according to the credit department of Pacific Supply. On October 4, 2024, I got a text message from Rey with a picture of a cashier's check for the lien balance dated October 3, 2024.

I would hate to see another homeowner, family, or veteran go through the stress we experienced by having a mechanics lien placed on their property because a business owner lacks integrity, is dishonest, and doesn't operate in good faith.

AAA Roofing successfully performed a seamless roof replacement on my father's 1950s roof, perfectly coordinating the project to precede the rainy season. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for accurate and dependable roof replacement quote. 5 stars across the board!!

I had received estimates from 3 roofing companies and AAA was,by far, the best price! I also wanted to see their workmanship, so owner, Ray Mendoza, allowed me to view other roofs they had done nearby. I like to help small local businesses when I can, and Ray is the epitome of small, mostly family run businesses. They live in the community they serve!! His crew was polite and professional and cleaned up all removed debris and errant shingles. We had a few hiccups with the payment, as we had requested to pay with a CC, but he also fixed that problem by obtaining a new CC servicer. From start to finish it was about 4.5/5 days! The absolute BEST part was seeing the new roof when it was done!! I had chosen sage color shingles and he (or his guys) offset it with a black drip line that outlined the whole house!! The aesthetic is beautiful! Extremely pleased with the outcome!! I should also note that he provides a 10 year warranty on the workmanship! I'd definitely use him again or recommend him to friends or family! One note, he is a man of few words. While pleasant, if you have questions, Robert is great about answering questions and explaining process!

I can't believe how efficient and timely this company was. They responded immediately with a quote and began work two days later and finished in two days. The roof is beautiful and the tenets were not inconvenienced. I highly recommend them.

There would not be enough words to say how wonderful Ray from AAA Roofing is. Reasonable price extraordinary service on the ball. Communicated extremely well by text, which is what he prefers and I prefer too. I would recommend him highly to anyone that is looking for roof repair or roof replacement being a single woman. You always feel a little bit vulnerable that you're going to be taken advantage of Ray was none of those things he gave me a very reasonable price to put a new roof on for me stuck to his word did everything he was supposed to do in an excellent professional manner if you were wanting a new roof or to repair your roof I can't speak highly enough about this man and this company , he is the man for your job!

We highly recommend AAA Roofing, they came out quickly to give us our quote and once we decided to hire them, they were quick and efficient. He stated his workers would be there at 7am and sure enough at 6:45, workers were setting up ladders and started our project. Withing 3 days we had our new roof. Price was very competitive. Ray answered all our questions and concerns, he always answered my phone calls quickly. Great roofing company. And a big plus for us Ray is bilingual.

I reached out to AAA on May 9th for a quote on a new roof. They responded quickly, arranged a time to come over and provided a quote in a timely manner. Once we signed the contract to move forward, Rey said his crew would arrive the following Monday. The City inspector came the same week. Once approval was received, the crew immediately came back to complete job. Absolutely seamless. Start/contact to finish in 2 weeks! We are very impressed. We will definitely recommend Rey to our family and friends.

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. Rey found the various problems with my roof and got things patched up. I posted on Yelp late last night and I received an instant response and he was at my house less than 12 hours later. In a day when it has become more difficult to find people to help, this business and Rey were a blessing to me.
