I got attracted to old Hickory sheds because I thought it would save me some time and I would be getting an Amish made quality shed. However I did not. Studs not square, no corner studs to properly tie the walls off to each other. Studs split right down the middle and some Studs not even touching the top plates. Was told that old Hickory would be in contact with me in the next couple of weeks. Well weeks turned into a month and a half. Today I got some random guy at my door saying he was here to fix a couple of things. I told him that I just ended up fixing things myself and I had no clue he was coming. No communication from Old Hickory. Just buyer be warned.

I’m pretty disappointed with the service after buying multiple sheds from Old Hickory in Spanaway, WA!! I needed to have a shed relocated 3 weeks before my home closed and it took 2 weeks just to get a response. It was impossible to get the drivers to commit to a delivery date and I’m still waiting. Love the sheds, not so much the after sale service.

Complete nightmare! Worst company I have ever worked with. I don't even know where to start. The wrong shed was loaded for delivery, the delivery driver was rude and had no communication from or with the dealer. He forgot to collect payment. We were told to send a check to an address in TN and then told to cancel it they gave us the wrong address. We were then threatened they were repossessing it when they couldn't get us payment link. We we finally got someone that could take our account info they charged us twice and said they couldn't reverse the 2nd charge. The delivery guy was so livid when he delivered he damaged the shed on both sides putting it in place and then blamed the dealer. The dealer has a friend that is a neighbor of ours, he had him come by to threaten us they were repossessing the shed cause they haven't received a check. The dealer won't answer calls or return them. Their whole company is a joke in every department. They also try to deliver another shed a month after ours was delivered cause they messed up another order with ours. I could go on and on. Find another shed builder they aren't worth dealing with.
