Allegiant pool tile cleaning and plastering

Interesting that their reviews are mostly 5 star but for me- absolutely not. We called this tech to come check our pool after we saw them working on our neighbors. Texted him multiple times to get back to me so we can schedule to clean our filter. Days passed and still no reply- I decided to call. He answers only on call. So asked when he is able to come, said he had a spot open and would come. Waited on the day of the appt and didn't show. Didn't even send a text or call to let me know he isn't coming. Second time around, I call him again. He answers, I ask why didn't he show up the other day and says his car broke down. Then said he still was able to come and for sure this time. Even told him to text me because he doesn't reply to texts. So the next day, 30 mins before- I sent a text to see if he was on his way and surprisingly he did text back. But of course, a no show again. I literally decided to take a day off work because I wanted to see him work on our pool. Two weeks of calling and waiting just for him not to show. The least he could've done is send a text that he can't/ doesn't want to work on our pool for whatever reasons. What's so hard about that?? Very much unprofessional...

I received Cutis’s number on a Saturday. Contacted him on Sunday, got a quote for replastering, new tile and some new equipment. He was quick to respond. I liked the quote and less then a week I have a beautiful pool. I’m so happy with what they did. I would definitely recommend them.
