Window Installation reviews in Clovis, California

Unfortunately I had the occurrence of running into their crazy driver. He just cut myself and another driver off at a yellow light just to brake check me. It seems like they just give licenses to anybody nowadays. Genuinely needs to attend driving school.

Beginning to end, these people were fantastic. After getting several quotes, what stood out was their professionalism and integrity. I appreciate someone being on time, being thorough, and above all honest. Aaron walked us through all our options, gave us his sound advice, and the same professionalism extended to every staff member we worked with (shout out April). Couldn't recommend these guys more!

Precall, appointment day call ahead were courteous, tech arrival was prompt. Service and technician knowledge and expertise and quality of service were all fantastic. However, I had issues with a co-worker "Robert " who was translating between me and the technician that did the work. Robert needs to listen before he speaks and learn about customer service...especially if he's going yo be the "face" of a good company.

Aaron and the team at JZ windows are amazing. They have great products and provide excellent customer service. Above that, they are also craftsmen who do amazing work on all the installs. We are extremely happy with our new Doors and Windows.

We are very pleased with the professional job from Sierra Glass Company. After obtaining three bids, Sierra was our choice. The installed product is perfection, the closure gap is perfect so the door does not swing out of alignment. It is perfect. The two installers were personable and were rewarded with warm cookies and milk to go.

My relative called this piss poor run company on Monday spoke with Robert was told that they would get a call the next day to set up a time to come out for an estimate for closet doors. They never got a call the first day so they called back and got an apology and a commitment that they would get a call today and gave a promise. Still no call. Never recommending this company to anyone. Avoid it. Imagine giving them your hard earned money and never hearing from them again. If they cant follow through on an estimate imagine them taking your money and not responding or following through. If I could give them zero stars I would.

JZ Windows previously had done a sliding glass door for us: we were very pleased with the product and installation. We decided to replace the rest of our windows and front door. After obtaining several estimates, we decided to go with JZ windows again. Aaron was very helpful in selecting the specific replacement window types & front door with side window glass to match. The results were excellent. April was also very helpful in coordinating our project. Thank you JZ Windows Team!

JZ Windows & Doors was recommended by our daughter, however we were determined to explore other services and collect our own data. This research was soon squelched after a visit by a JZ Windows representative; their products and lifetime warranties are simply top notch. In addition, I found all their staff to include the Tech responsible for the actual removal and installment of our new Patio Door to be friendly and informative. I am the type that screens for shoddy work--none were found.

From beginning to end JZ windows and doors were very professional. Gave us handbook of options and did not try and sell us what we didn't need. My sliding door and bedroom window are gorgeous. They worked with us on the price. I would highly recommend JZ windows and doors to all my family and friends. 100%

Great pricing and service. They will get someone out to your home very quickly. Very responsive

Great group of professional, friendly and attentive, with great product and good service.

Thank you Suzanna, Aron and Apryl.

Walked in to have a piece of glass cut. Very friendly, quoted a price that was very reasonable, cut it while we we there and then measured to make sure it would fit in our car so we could take it right then and not have to come back.

The service was so good and prices were great we also set up a time to have a bathroom window replaced, a screen door rescreened and measuring for a retractable front screen door.

We would highly recommend Sierra Glass!

Not a good experience!! VERY very very unorganized company. The owner (Robert) got very confrontational with my husband and I. Do your research on businesses before committing.
Also, LOOK at reviews!
There's a reason a company has a 3.5 star rating.

Robert at Sierra Glass recently completed a custom cut glass order for me. The quality and service were exceptional, and the price was way lower than I expected. We were extremely pleased. I understand Sierra Glass also does window and sliding door replacement, as well as multiple other glass-related jobs. They will definitely be my first call the next time I need any glass work done.

Robert deserves 10 stars! We are thrilled that we found this company. When we had an issue with one of our windows, Robert promptly came out and resolved the problem. We will undoubtedly continue to utilize Sierra Glass for all of our window needs. Highly recommended. Thank you, Robert!

The entire crew at JZ Windows were fantastic. From the office, to the guys doing the installation, my husband and I could not be happier with their professionalism, knowledge and work ethic. The quality of the install was topnotch!

I came to Sierra glass after going to 5 other glass companies looking for a strip of window glazing bead. I believe I talk to a guy name Rob he look back in he's shop for the bead and he had the piece I was looking for. I ask him how much and he said no charge. I believe it was a discontinued piece but he didn't charge me meant a lot to me after looking all over for the piece of glazing bead. Thank you Sierra glass. Highly recommend!

I recently had siding installed on my home by JZ windows and doors. I had originally had them install windows and sliding doors for my entire home a few years ago. I was so pleased with them that I picked them to do the siding. They were just as impressive with this project as the last. Initially I met with Aaron who told me how the process would go. I had my doubts about a project this size, but he was great about alleviating my fears. There was no pressure whatsoever and he let me spend as much time as I needed to decide. It took their two man crew, Tae and his son Sam, just a little over a week to finish the project. And it came out perfect. They worked diligently, were here every day on time and you could tell they were real pros. They were neat, courteous and so quiet sometimes I couldn't even tell if they were there. Between the windows and the siding JZ has totally transformed my house. I can't say enough good things about them.

Sierra Glass is Awesome, in addition to our glass replacement needs Robert truly is very helpful in taking care of what needed to be secured in the moment by fixing door latch to Garage & adding extra screws to keep everything closed and secured shut. He also added more screws to boarded up area in front of our back door too, these were just extra needs we had to take care of right now. Robert went right to work to be very helpful with these areas too!!! Who does that these days? doing these extra tasks to be nice, kind and be helpful, thats why we say Sierra Glass is Awesome!!!

Monday he will return to replace two window panes from window frame on the side of our house and window replacement needs to the back of our house facing backyard. We definitely recommend Sierra Glass for any glass you need!
Elain E. & Family :)

JZ Windows and Doors created a great experience when we decided to replace our front door and existing French Doors to a new slider. From the initial consultation there was no pressure to go with them and they went through the entire process and all the options available. We were able to pick out the exact doors we wanted and when it was time to install the doors, they communicated with me in a timely matter and made the entire installation a smooth experience. They installed the doors with great detail. From the new trim to the complete installation, ever detail was accounted for and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! We need a couple more doors replaced and will definitely go with them for those based on this experience! Completely recommend and would give more stars if allowed!

Such a great experience working with this company. They were very prompt with answering my calls and got me a quote within a couple of days. Literally got my windows and sliding glass door installed today and I am so in love with them. The crew was so professional and did an amazing job for a great price. If you want amazing quality and amazing service this is the place to go. Will definitely be working with them again.
