Loved working with Droneworx and David recently during a large (over 500 windows!) window washing project. They were timely, efficient, did a fantastic job and found ways to work with our budget! Will definitely be using them for future work and highly recommend!

Excellent service! I needed a complete exterior cleaning of my home, patio and pool area. They went above and beyond of what I expected. The crew was very informative and friendly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Jermaine did an outstanding job on our carpets. His customer service and professionalism was above and beyond. He was experienced and knowledgeable which helped us with making the right decision for carpet protection.

I conducted an air duct cleaning. All the procedures were carefully done with professionalism. I feel like the air conditioning system is much cleaner and inside house we have a better air quality. We were served by Jonathan and he was super friendly and super professional. He explained every procedures of the cleaning process. After the cleaning he explained everything so that I can understand what work he has done for me. It costed a lot for the air duct cleaning but totally worth it!

Jermaine did a great job. He was friendly and it felt comfortable to have him work in my home. He was honest about how well the cleaning would work and which stains would not lift out.

Erick who came out the first time to clean our floors and carpet. Unfortunately he did not do a great job. Some dirt was left in grout joints, along with dirt stains that were not completely taken out of the carpet around the edges. We noticed after he left once everything dried. We called in our complaint, and Mark was sent out to re-clean the whole floor area and carpet today. Mark listened to our complaint. He assured us he would take his time to clean, stream, and dry with a blower. He worked with us to make sure we were happy with results before he left. Mark did a wonderful job and the next time we use Stanley Steamer we will definitely ask for Mark!

I called them and scheduled a same day appointment with a window of 12-5, but the person who answered the phone did not write my number down correctly. At 3:00 I called to find out where they were and the person who answered the phone told me they tried to text but had the wrong number so they went to my house and left a door hanger. They did not go to my house. We have cameras and there is no door hanger. I don't know about the phone number being wrong, but I am sure they have caller id and could have looked it up since she knew my number when I called. I am very disappointed and ended up calling Riverside Steam Cleaning to do the job. I do not recommend Stanley Steemer!

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. Upon arrival, he introduced himself with a smile. He performed a walk through of our areas and set the expectation early on. Throughout each section, he explained what his next actions were and asked if we had any questions. I will admit I was not expecting this level of professionalism from a large corporation nor from a young employee but I am truly happy with the results. Anthony set the standard. We will use Stanley Steemer again in the future if all employees are as kind and thorough as Anthony.

Chris our Carpet Technician was great. He cleaned our 3 rooms and staircase. He was courteous and very professional. I appreciate his level of care when explaining to my mother her carpet cleaning options.
Chris deserves 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stanley Steemer is very expensive. I’m not sure if I will use their services in the future. Their competitors (ANGI or Home Depot)
are more cost effective.

Brandon did such a great job cleaning a very dirty couch that we had bought second hand. He was generous and knowledgeable and super helpful! Will request him every time going forward!

Johnathan and Christopher did a thorough and quick cleaning of some problem areas in our carpet. We have used Stanley Steemer in the past and would do so again as needed. They were available the next day after we called, which helped us to organize a busy week into sane one!
