Jermaine showed up on time. He was very polite and helpful. He got right to work and did an amazing job. Stains that I didn’t expect to come out are gone. Our carpet looks so much better

Manuel was AMAZING!!! He did our carpet cleaning a few weeks ago & today we had him come do our tiles… I couldn’t believe the amazing job he did!! The tiles look absolutely fantastic, it looks brand new!! He was so professional & flexible with the scheduling. His hard work & dedication to his craft is very noticeable in how he speaks about the job. We’re definitely going to be using him again for a few more thing we have planned on our home!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND MANUEL if you need anything done from them!! If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars I would !!

Germaine showed up within the specified time. Very friendly and proceeded to do the job exactly as requested with no attempt to upsell like some of the other companies tried. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. will without a doubt be using him again.

Juan was very knowledgeable about what my floors did and did not need and what my old laminate floor could handle. I really appreciated that. He did a wonderful job on the carpet and got rid of some pretty nasty stains. I only wish I have would’ve taken a before pic 👍

The rep Jermaine Pruitt gave great customer service and was very knowledgeable about how to clean our bathroom grout and tile in our bathroom floor. Answered all my questions and also gave good recommendations for our wood floors, which we’ll probably do in the near future.

Alonso did an excellent job for us. He was a pleasure to have in our home and’ was very friendly. I recommend him highly.

My invoice supposed to be $264, and they charged me $670. The tile and grout weren't 100% clean, and it was uneven look.
They also charge me to clean garage and they never told me the price.
I need some one to contact me for a refund of over charge.
The 2 guys were very friendly and working hard but not enough to achieve good results..

Gary the technician was great! So cordial and respectful. He did a very good job and was quiet and cautious. I had researched online and was planning on using a lesser priced company, but after calling twice with no answer I decided to just go with what I know. Fortunately there were a few coupon options that made it affordable. I'm glad i did. The only thing is...I felt bad after he left because I forgot to offer him a water.

I was able to book an appointment online last minute. Was kept informed of technician's arrival. Jermaine was on time and very friendly and efficient. He did a great job on our sectional and area rugs.

Had my carpets cleaned for the first time with Stanley Steemer…what a mistake they turned out horrible! Tech said no problem he could get a coffee stain out no problem. Said he wanted to take a before and after to brag about how good it would turn out. Haha the stain absolutely did not come out regular cleaning did not look clean either! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will be asking for a refund we will see.

Jermaine was punctual, accommodating and highly professional, he worked with us to tackle our whole house and even moved heavy furniture needed for cleaning. He did a fantastic job and took 2 decades off our carpet, making the entire house look freshly carpeted, no stain was too tough no crevice too small. Would highly recommend Stanley steamers and especially Jermaine to anyone needing to freshen up the house before Christmas!
