horrible service, luckily they hired a very nice young man in the garden department named Matt who always helps me load my truck with the heavy bags of cement and sand. before that no even offered to help me and I was buying up to 10 bags of plastic cement weighing 94lb ea. once a week plus 30 bags of plastering sand at 50 lbs. the workers would just look the other way. so if u go there look for the big guy named Matt in the garden center. he rocks.

The store is supposed to close at 10pm. It always closes at 10pm. Online says 10pm. While parking I passed a guy getting carts who saw me park & walk to the door & didn't say anything? Then as I approach the door a lady.. manager tells me rudely it's closed. I look at the time... 930.. I say it says 10p online, she rudely says no it's 9 & shakes her head like I'm the idiot? Change your store hours online so people don't waste their time & make your "managers" understand that we don't know when you want to close early to go home... Off to Lowes which is actually open, until 10pm.. like it says online!

Everyone tries to avoid eye contact and some seem bothered that you even spoke to them... I had to get the bags of mulch and cactus soil xchanged prior to buying the bags... I had picked up two bags that were torn so I suggested I would go back n get it done.. The cashier almost said yes lol then the other helper girl came by and hesitated to do what was asked. She took a good 10-15 mins in getting the bags for which I had paid for at this point. Regardless ive had better service at Alhambra vs Commerce.
