These guys were fantastic! I had a problem with my outside tap and managed a temporary fix. However, there was still a leak so after a recommendation on my local community's Facebook page, I gave them a call. They picked up right away and offered to drop by that same evening (Friday). I told them it wasn't urgent and could wait till Monday. Sure enough, they gave me a call when they were on their way to my place. I wasn't home but they reassured me they could start the inspection and hold off until I arrived. They swiftly pinpointed the problem and had it sorted just as I arrived at the house. Following several commendations from our neighbors about a certain plumbing company and the commendable service provided by a particular technician, we contacted them concerning our hot water tank that had been non-functional for a while. He informed us that his schedule was quite packed and it would take a day or two before he could come and inspect the problem. Surprisingly, about an hour later, he called and stated that he could make a quick visit to diagnose the issue. After assessing the situation, he sympathetically decided to fit us into his schedule despite it being filled. He visited us and we discussed the issue further. It was then that we agreed that we would hire him to install a new unit once he had an opening. This was late in the evening, just after his supplier had closed. He inquired whether we wanted the unit installed that night or early the next morning. He went above and beyond, contacting his supplier who, we believe, was at home at that time. The supplier confirmed the availability of the heater we needed and even reopened the shop to assist him. He managed to install the hot water tank that same evening by 7:30. It's clear that the technician is highly respected given that not many suppliers would reopen their shops unless they held the plumber in high regard. As for the technician, his work ethic, speed, and professionalism were highly commendable. We deeply appreciate his flexibility and outstanding service!
