I was really impressed with the plumbing service I received in Commerce. After I called, a technician got back to me very quickly and was able to schedule an appointment sooner than I expected. The plumber arrived with advanced equipment and clearly explained the process of finding the leak. They quickly located the problem and had a crew come out to fix it within the week. I appreciated the fast response and how helpful everyone was. The whole experience was smooth and made dealing with the leak much easier.

No one wants to find out from the water department that their home has a water leak, but if it happens, I highly recommend calling a professional plumber right away. We’ve relied on a great plumbing team several times—they’ve helped us with everything from replacing a hot water heater to fixing a leaking sink drain. Most recently, they handled a big job by replacing most of the plumbing under our house and installing a new water line from the street because of multiple leaks caused by the dry weather. The plumber and the crew were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They really take pride in doing the job right, and you can tell they care about quality. We felt confident that the work would last a long time, especially since they took the time to fix a lot of quick, temporary repairs left by previous owners. Our home was built decades ago and had several different types of pipes underneath, but the plumbers figured it all out and made sure everything was updated and working smoothly. The crew arrived on time each day and made sure to clean up after themselves. They were polite, respectful, and did excellent work. If you have an older home, especially one with complicated or outdated plumbing, I definitely recommend this team—they really know what they’re doing when it comes to old pipes and tricky plumbing setups. Throughout the whole project, the lead plumber kept us updated and even stopped by to check on the progress. While the prices aren’t the cheapest, they are very fair for the quality and professionalism you get. I’m happy to pay for a job that’s done right by licensed experts. We’re very satisfied with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

The plumber who helped us is truly skilled and pays close attention to detail, turning even complicated plumbing work into something impressive. A while back, they installed a tankless water heater at my home, ran new lines to a couple of radiators, and added more plumbing for the new rooms we were building. Most recently, I needed help at a job site when a gas line was accidentally damaged. The plumber came out quickly and had everything fixed in just over an hour. Very professional, dependable, and definitely knows the ins and outs of plumbing. The pricing was fair—much better than what you’d expect from some of the bigger companies, especially when you need help fast. Also, I appreciated how upfront and honest they were if any issues came up during the work. Highly recommended for anyone needing plumbing services!

Guillermo was great. We had a clogged toilet in our house. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, was easily able to communicate what he was doing and why, was friendly to talk to, and was able to rely on his 20 years of experience to fix the problem fast. We really appreciated his help and would definitely use him and the service again if needed, but ideally not!

The plumber was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Chris diagnosed the issues and provided options. I chose a resolution and My problem was resolved promptly by him.

Michael did a great job. He was right on time, was knowledgable and most importantly, he was able to repair our tankless water heater instead of replacing it. Which saved us tons of money. We will be using him going forward and would recommend his service any time.

We had a very annoying leak in both showers. I had an idea of what needed to be done to fix (cartridges) but 2 other popular plumbing companies tried to charge me insane amounts to tear into walls, replace pipes and quoted way beyond what was called for in this case. I hate when "service providers" underestimate your knowledge. Roto Rooter sent Joseph to survey the problem and was the only honest person in this experience. He was knowledgeable, straight forward and confident in his assessment. Job was completed as he quoted. No hassles, no upselling - just honesty. Reasonably priced too. So refreshing. I know I will have to replace pipes someday because it's an old house, and when I do I'll be calling Joseph and Roto Rooter. They've earned my trust and my business.
