Anthony did an amazing job! We bought a house that hadn’t been lived in for 9 years. It had birds nest, spider webs and so much debris. Anthony pressure washed it so well that I new neighbors began to stop and ask who did the work. We will definitely have him do more work for us in the future!

Our windows are so spotless and shiny every day. Anthony does window cleaning for our company Florim and he is very organized. He works with our company once a week, we are so happy to work with him. Totally recommend him

edited: after a call from the technician and clearing up a misunderstanding I'll say that this bussines is very responsive and takes responsibility very seriously. other than the miscommunication about the estimate and service which was not due on their part, they actually reimbursed me for some items that got caught in the crossfire of the cleaning solution. they were professional about handling the situation and actually got my recommendation for future references. I apologize again to the technician who had no idea what the previous conversation was about. 10/10 cleaning and quick to answer any questions.

Horrible service all they did was wet my carpet. I had to get another company to clean my carpet. I paid them over 140 dollars for absolutely nothing because the carpet surely was not clean. I do not recommend this company unless you have money to burn.

Did a Google search for a carpet cleaning at the facility I work in that needed the carpets done and called Herrera’s and they came and provided an estimate and we booked them on the spot, they were on time and really did a good job on our carpet from so much warehouse traffic, great service !!!

I found herrera's carpet cleaning online. Was looking at the before and after pictures and could not believe it.so i called. WOW!!! DID THEY EVER LIVED UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS. I Had a sofa and chair clean. I was thinking about buying new furniture. But after Mr.herrera (son) finished cleaning them, i no longer want new furniture.
I already have new furniture. Thank you. I have put this company in my reference book....will always be my go to company for all my cleaning needs.

Mario answered the phone on my first call and he & his dad were able to accommodate my needs the following day with excellent service leaving my sons room spotless including a big spot of dried up slime!!!

I used to love Herreras carpet cleaning company. Both father and son would come out and do a great job. I had an appt today, which I thought was at 1pm, which i need to postpone due to me being a new mom to a 1 month old. I called and ask if I could move appt to 2 days later and boy did the father give me a bad nasty attitude. He goes on to say my appt. was at 930am, not 1pm and that I apologized because I honestly thought it was at 1pm. He was yelling saying this was the 2nd time he came by and I didnt answer, which is a lie, I have always been in communication with him or son if I needed to move the the time. He told me to find someone new, ok no problem and then hangs up in my face while im still talking. How rude was that. I will never use this company again, I have been nothing but a loyal client and have referred several family and friends to him. NEVER AGAIN, GOODBYE!

Mario jr. Reach out to me and apologized on bejalf of his fathers unprofessionalism. Now thats what l call customer service, and He called me as soon as he saw this review. I will only do business with him from now on. Thank you Mario Jr.

Very polite, courteous and professional. I've called on them twice now and I've not regretted it!. They came when they said they would and called when they were going to be a few minutes late. (Which they weren't). Best father son cleaning service I've seen.. highly recommend them.

This is the best carpet company ever!!!! Their very prompt, and extremely detailed!!! I would recommend them to everyone!!! Extremely professional and they did a fantastic job!!!! I’m very satisfied and happy!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like I have a new place!!!!!
