I recently had my cousin occupying my front house. She as well as myself is a pet lover (runs in the family), unfortunately her little dogs are older and can’t hold their bladder as well as they use to when they were young pups. Mr. Herrera personally showed up on time to clean our carpet floors. He invested plenty of time shampooing the carpeted stairs until all dirt was removed. He took his time to clean the rest of our house, until he was satisfied with removing all carpet stains. He was patient and perfectionist during the cleaning process. I highly recommend Herrera's for its professionalism and high dedication to quality and customer satisfaction!

Called this business after my usual carpet cleaning guy cancelled on me last minute. I called about 5 different business in my area and after 80% did not answer and the other 20% did not have the best customer service I finally landed on Herrera's Carpet Cleaning service, someone answered the phone after the first ring, spoke Spanish, gave me a quote and an appointment within minutes. Customer service was very respectful and professional and also had a very eloquent way of speaking which made me feel confident about the service I would be receiving. I was unable to get a same day appointment but I did get an appointment the next morning at 8 am, the 2 person crew was only a couple of minutes late but the professionalism and quality of the service completely made up for it. Pricing was $170 for 3 bedrooms and living room + area rugs which is AMAZING. Carpets are nice and clean, quality of products service and machinery is 10/10. Very friendly. This is also a family owned business which is a plus. I would 100% recommend and vouch for this business and service. I also got a free mug! Will definitely contact this business for all my carpet cleaning needs again!
