What outstanding experiences we've had with Gringrich Horicultural Service since using their services in the past year. And our experience today took it to an even higher level. After a gopher check, we were informed there was a leak in one of our water lines that the technician thought he may have accidentally caused. There was a leak, but not caused by the technician, however the owner personnaly come out and fixed the problem the same day at no charge. Businesses like this are rare and in my opinion should be supported wholeheartedly!

We had a serious Vole problem in our garden. A neighbor recommended Gingrich. We called and with two days Alex came out and did baited about 16 holes.
Although that was very effective and essentially eliminated the Vole activity associated with those holes, within 5 days we had several new holes and new activity.
Clearly we had a more s4erious Vole problem than we thought. I called Gingrich again and two days later Javier came out and baited the new holes.
It now appears that we are on a positive trajectory towards eliminating our Vole problem.
I found Gingrich service excellent and highly recommend them.
I have now signed up for their ongoing Gopher, Mole and Vole Control Program

One such experience has been our connection with Gingrich Gopher Team. They are responsive, prompt and very reliable. They know what they are doing, and once our arrangement was solidified we have been well taken care of, and so have the gophers!. This translates into our clients are well taken care of in the rodent department year round. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism.

We had about 50 vole holes and they came out within two days and put bait in each hole. Before the two week guarantee period had expired, we found two new holes (which is MUCH less than before) and they came right out and handled those as well. Things are considerably better now thanks to Gingrich!

The Gingrich Gopher Team has been helping us rid our yard of moles for the last year or so. They have been excellent in finding the best spots to set traps and monitoring them. The Team members are knowledgeable, courteous and dependable. Their pricing, while not cheap, is fair for the excellent service provided. All in all, this is one of the best service companies with whom I have worked.

I found Gingrich Gopher team after a frustrating year dealing with gophers. They turned up quickly and tackled the problem efficiently. I have no more gophers. Excellent.

So far, so good! The Gopher Team caught 4 critters in the first two weeks and we are hoping they won't be back. Communication was really good, though I wish their notification included an arrival window. Our gates are locked, so that would be helpful.

We recently hired Gingrich to take care of all the shrubs, trees, and flowers in our large yard. This includes constant fertilizing, maintaining bug issues and addressing any other problems. Their level of service has been outstanding from the first visit. Within 5 minutes of the visits we have a detailed email communicating everything that was accomplished. I had a great experience with "the Gopher Team" (Gingrich). Javier came out, we had a chat about the mounds in my front yard and he confirmed I had a gopher. He set 3 traps that day (Friday), he came back on Tuesday, pulled up the traps and confirmed a dead gopher. Thank you Javier! He also explained that typically only a single gopher is present in a localized area (they're very territorial with other gophers). So far no new gopher activity. Great company, great phone & text communications. I'll definitely hire them again if/when a new gopher shows up.

We thought we had voles. Turned out to be a mole. They responded quickly and kept me informed.

Amazing service. Discovered patch of lawn without grass and mounds. Gardener told me that I had gophers. Ugh. I found the Gopher Team online and called. Very kind on the phone and explained their services. I couldn’t be home at the time and I asked them to help. Hassle free. He came out and set traps. I came home and found little flags set up with an email explanation. Days later, the technician returned and sent another email explaining that 2 moles were found and trapped. I thought moles were pigmented skin growths. I called and requested to see photos of the moles. Instantly, I received photos of the trapped moles that are now in mole heaven. They do not look like pleasant critters. This was truly a superb service. I hope that there are not other mole relatives in my lawn but I was assured that the Gopher Team will return if I need them again. Now time for some grass repair. Much relieved. Thank you again. This was so easy for me and I learned about moles that have nothing to do with dermatology. Highly recommended.

The Gingrich Gopher Team is a well-run service that is professional. They have a carefully designed process that keeps the customer informed beginning with the initial visit to your property. You do not need to be at home when the technician comes to look for gopher activity, set traps, or check them. Nice people, too!

Very reliable/professional and had good experience from the first call. Fair in the sense that they came the first time and when I told them I had caught two on my own, they adv not to first lay traps and see if there is recurrence. They did not charge me. Unfortunately after a few months I had a recurrence and when I called, they came right away. He surveyed, placed traps and promised to come back in a few days to check. He did come and voila, one gopher answered the call 😁. Since then, no visitors🙏.

Gopher Team is very effective and efficient. One gopher was removed from my front yard on the first try. The one in the backyard is hard to catch, we are in the 3rd try with no success. Per technician, it is most likely a baby gopher.
This team has been friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. I get notifications via text half hr. before arriving. We are very satisfied.
