Chrissy & Jeff cleaned our windows and solar panels on Friday 8/4. They were both extremely pleasant to work with. They were fast and efficient cleaning our windows and screens. Chrissy took before and after pictures of our solar. What a difference.

I’ve been a customer of Windowsmith for a very long time. I’ve never been disappointed. Every employee they send out is professional, pleasant, and takes care to wear shoe covers or remove their shoes. My most recent experience was with Chrissy and Spencer.
They were on time. They were very pleasant and professional. I had some specifics that I went over with Chrissy, and a few minutes later I heard her repeat them to Spencer so they were both in sync.
I asked them not to leave any door open because of the cat. They were careful. Much appreciated. Even when the cat hissed at them. 🤗. They were an awesome team and did an excellent job. Thank you!

Windowsmith has been caring for our windows, doors, and skylights for 20+ years and have always done a fantastic job. Today Chrissy, Cristian, and Anush did a typical Windowsmith treatment for our entire house. They arrived promptly, worked very efficiently, and were friendly and personable throughout their time here. An A+ job in every respect!

Cristian and Justin were absolutely PHENOMENAL. They did our 3000 Sq ft home windows inside and outside. They were efficient and lovely to work with. When we call Window Smith to come and clean again we want Cristian and Justin! Very nice gentlemen. Very respectful and well mannered. They made sure to let us know if something was in the way, so we could move it and there wouldn't be damage to anything. Again, we were very satisfied customers!

Chrissy and her crew were recently at our home. We are so pleased with the results, inside and out. Not only the windows, but screens also! Very professional, attentive and courteous. We had some small spots on the exterior windows and walls that looked like paint, but the spots were too consistent, we couldn't figure out what they were from. Chrissy knew immediately it was very sticky sap from a neighbors tree. We highly recommend this company!!

Chrissy, Delaney, and Gracey, with Chrissy in the brilliant lead, cleaned our enormous floor-to-ceiling windows on this very hot afternoon. They were wonderful. They came equipped to the gills in two sparkling clean trucks, dressed in brilliant white and blue, and mastered our masterful windows in a bit over an hour. I loved that Chrissy's crew was all female. This is not to complain about male-dominated crews in the past. Windowsmith has been excellent all around. It is our first choice annually. I totally trust Windowsmith to do an excellent job. It is notable to me that Chrissy has been on 'our crew' before. She is an excellent manager and an engaging spirit.

I've used Windowsmith Window Cleaning for years, and have always been pleased. This year was an exceptionally good experience. The Team arrived on time, were courteous, and very flexible while completing their job, as we had other workers on site at the same time. The Team Leader, Spencer, is to be commended especially! He was very polite and asked questions to clarify what needed to be done. He even offered assistance to rehang a curtain over a ceiling high small window. I would highly recommend this Company for their quality of service, promptness, and selection of the teams they send out to complete the job.

Chrissy and Jason were here before I expected them and they did a fantastic job! It had been a long time since the last cleaning so they had a handful but left all my windows sparkly! Chrissy took the indoors and is a pleasure to work with. She also reattached a loose screen corner saving me from needlessly buying an entire new screen. (Thank you!!!). Windowsmith has cleaned our windows & screens for a couple of years and this year we added cleaning of our rooftop solar cells. From positive phone interaction when setting up the service to job completion I couldn’t be happier! The team wastes no time getting to work and does a thorough and careful job. They wear booties in the house and are respectful of the note on our file to wear masks. This year’s team was led by Chrissy who was both very personable and professional with caring oversight of her team. I will definitely be calling on Windowsmith again and highly recommend them!

I called for an estimate yesterday to clean our windows, sliders and sunroom. The estimate was reasonable, and better yet, they had a cancellation and were able to come out today! I had a team of 4 — Yuniel, Chrissy, Mikayla and Diego. They were great!

All 4 were friendly, courteous and professional. They kept everything clean while working and did a super job! They were in and out of here in just over an hour, and my house looks great.

Well, the Windowsmith crew is here today to do our windows and as always, they are clean, nice, smart and awesome to work with! They take great care being in the house and touching every window. EVERY time they come out they have the best people working for them. If you need your windows done, WINDOWSMITH Concord is the ONLY place you should call!!!!

We have contracted Windowsmith for the past five years and have never been disappointed. Chrissy and her crew (Mikayla and Alyssa) were up to the Company’s excellent standards. Chrissy was training new hires so she was all over our property insuring everyone was on the same page. Excellent work.

The 2 young men were very pleasant. I had to watch and ask for the window tracks to be re cleaned. The young man Spencer claimed he would check all the tracks. Sadly the tracks are still dirty. My sliding glass door tracks are still with caked dirty. See pics. I’m the new owner of the home and wanted the tracks, screens and windows really cleaned. So the maintenance moving forward wouldn’t be a lot of work. I guess I’ll do it myself and that’s why I called a service. I didn’t want to have to deep clean them. A real inconvenience! Service is okay.
