I’ve been a DIY swimming pool owner for years and recently decided to hire a swimming pool company due to my work schedule. I found Aaron online and decided to reach out to him. He went over several options for weekly pool service that he thought would best suit my pool. We decided that his chemical plus service would best suit my pool.

We've been with Aaron and the Star Bright Pool team for several years. Not only do they maintain our pool well, they are outstanding at doing repairs quickly and cheaply. We recommend them highly!

The team, especially the owner Aaron, is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of pool care. They have done a great job of maintaining my pool, the equipment and solar. They are reliable, dependable and moderately priced. I highly recommend their service whether it be for weekly cleaning or equipment repair.

I recently moved into a house that already had a pool. As a first time pool owner, I had no idea what to do. The pool filter looked old and put sand into the pool. I called Aaron and he was willing to come out the same day!!! After a few texts and photos, he was able to pick up the right parts and quote me on just what I needed! After meeting him in person, I realized he was the right pool guy to work with. He is very honest and straight forward. His pool expertise and attention to detail is why I writing this review. He also completed my job, replacing my pool filter and vacuuming the sand very quickly. Within a week I had a clean pool and a person I could rely on in the future. He also set me up with the right pool kit so I can test my water in the future.

I would highly recommend Aaron from Star Bright Pool and Spa Care. He is GREAT! He is very regular, super attentive, and gets back to me very quickly when I have questions. I have a semi-above ground pool with liner that tends to susceptible to algae. Aaron patiently works through it, assesses what is best to treat it, and *BOOM* our pool clear again. Oh - and his prices are very reasonable.

Our pool has sparkled since we switched to Star Bright some years ago! Aaron and his small team have been highly capable, reliable, thorough, and trustworthy. Aaron has personally repaired things that other companies would not, and he replaced our old filter/pump with a new one to help lower our costs and get a better system. He takes the time needed to review alternatives with us and help us with research so we have a good system at a good price. (We do take other bids, and his is the best, and his service personalized.)

Poor communication and customer service overall. Called them to drain, clean and refill my pool. I also wanted weekly service on my pool. My pool turned green after only 3 weeks and they said I needed new filters when they actually they just needed to be cleaned. I don't believe they ever inspected the pumps like they said they did. I also wanted the pool light put back in after my attempt to fix it myself. They told me more than once that they would come out and put it back in for me and never did. They also tried to over charge for the weekly service. Cannot recommend this company.

Aaron has been amazing everytime he comes to service my pool along with multiple fixtures, his extensive knowledge gives me reassurance and confidence that there are trustworthy professionals who can help tackle your needs. Time frame he uses to work on projects are reasonable. My pool pump went completely out along with pipe replacements and he did an immaculate clean job. I have pets & a young child so my carpets needing cleaned is an understatement. I was very happy with the service. He was affordable & did a great job. He also left fans for us to help dry the carpet. Thank you!!!

We've had our ipe deck power-washed at least 3 times in the past 15 years, and Welcome was by far our best experience. Our deck looks beautiful (a friend thought it was new). They were on time, fast, professional. Will definitely use them again.

These guys dump all their trash in this field around the corner from their warehouse and never pick it up. A lot of it is flying away and ending up in a storm drain. Will report this to the police next time I see it happen.
