Made a 6:30am call for help with a broken water line and by 9:30am Kit and Elijah had come and gone. They'd vaccumed out as much of the water as possible and had the fans going. One of them came by daily to check the drying progress and kept me informed the entire time. All debris was cleaned up and removed allowing me to proceed with repairs.

Excellent response, quality of work and professionalism throughout the water removal and remediation process. Careful documentation of work and constructive interactions with insurance company also very appreciated. Highly recommend.

Jumped right in, and helped remove the carpet and dispose of soaked up padding underneath. He went above and beyond of what was expected. Water was pouring out of my busted water heater. I called X2 Green at 11:30 on Sunday night. Elijah, co-owner of the business, arrived and shut off the water. He then explained how I might proceed re getting a plumber and possibly involving insurance. I felt my blood pressure returning to normal. He was so calming, kind and professional. The next day I spoke with a plumber and it turned out I didn't need further help. I called X2Green to explain this. Elijah was understanding and made sure I knew that if I needed anything he was there to help. I am so happy that I met him and I wouldn't hesitate to use this business in the future or to recommend them. They are an example of outstanding service.

Eliza came in to clean carpet and I am amazed by his quality of work. Without me looking at it he did such an excellent job he organized my amazon box deliver outside, aseeble stuff that hhr found not a proper place without me noticing at it. He is such a nice guy excellent premium quality work and 7 star service. They are my permanent vendor now. They deserve lots of business abd book them very confidently

Elijah and Kit were always very helpful and flexible. I had a water supply line that came loose while I was at a movie on Halloween last year. This was one week after the major storm with record rain, so every company I had tried to get to come out said the soonest would be 3 days out. Elijah showed up on 11/01/21 at 9 am sharp. Both he and/or Kit came out each day for almost 2 weeks to take moisture readings and check for mold growth. Never once did they not show up when they said they would. They always took precautions to keep things as clean and protected as possible. Elijah also took out the carpet/pad, drywall, and insulation to expose the areas that needed drying. I wish my insurance company would have provided me the same level of service they did. A small family owned business with hard working honest people.

They sanitized and removed stagnant, moldy sink water from under our home. They were courteous, professional, thoroughly explained everything necessary to do the job correctly and safely, and they used a plant-based sanitizing solution instead of a chemical based solution for sanitizing. We definitely recommend you calling them for your needs. You won't regret the time or money spent for the job done.

Elijah was prompt and careful while drying my water damaged carpet. He was happy to work with my insurance adjuster. I recommend x2green carpets to anyone.

The guy that was sent to clean a livingroom, small hallway & the front frontside of a bedroom (only), charged $190, did a horrible job! He was VERY unprofessional, rude & could barely communicate with me, because he barely spoke or understood English! He told me the carpet would take 8 hours to dry! This guy was VERY inexperienced l, had him call his boss, I explained to him what was going on, his hiss told him to do it over & the guy still was refusing to cooperate!” & I was told by his boss the carpet would take 4-6 hours to dry! The result is 2 days later, the carpet is still wet! The guy continued to not be cooperative & continued to request pay telling me he has to go to his next job & he doesn’t know what to tell me about the he carpet & that it would take 8 hours to dry can see $ feel that tge carpet is still DIRTY! He told me it would take 8 hours to dry! He left the carpet SO WET, 2 later & the carpet still NOT DRY! I have to have a different company come out to do the job CORRECTLY! WARNING: Do NIT USE THIS SERVICE, BEWARE! I give a negative Zero star rating!

I called at 4 am in a panic thinking I was just going to leave a message as I had done with a few other companies. Nope, Elijah picked up the phone. I advised him that a commercial size freezer in my garage unbeknownst to me had shorted and been out for weeks. I was away on a trip. The food in the freezer had defrosted and pushed the door open. Rotting food smell overwhelmed my garage. Elijah calmed me down and assured me it could be remediated. He arrived same day even though I had to reschedule twice. He hauled the rotting food, fogged the garage - with special attention inside the freezer - with a non-toxic antibacterial spray which left a pleasant citrus odor and eliminated the disgusting rotting food odor. Elijah was professional, ethical, personable, knowledgeable and kind. He did not try to upsell me. I was prepared to fog bomb my whole house, but he advised I didn’t need it. They charge by the square footage to fog the place and by the pound plus mileage to haul trash/waste to the dump. This company is outstanding.

These folks were very ethical and professional. Roto-Rooter removed a toilet and flooded our room and they came and gave us an estimate and options. Our contractor ended up helping us remove the carpet but I will come to Kit and Elijah next time as they were very honest and responsive.

X2 Green did a great job for my house. Elijah is very professional and informative. He shows me everything about my carpet and let me decide how I want to proceed with the cleaning. I also love the fact that they use all green product. This is my go-to carpet cleaning Company from now on.
