Kit and Elijah are great. I called in a panic after my house flooded and they were out within an hour. All of the water dried up, my floors torn out and fans blowing everywhere. Kit is super responsive and easy to get ahold of. Elijah is a hard worker and doesn’t stop until the job is finished. They also work directly with your insurance company which is such a help when you’re dealing with a catastrophe within your home. Highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed. I felt taken care of throughout the entire process.

I got the we don't want to replace what we disassembled price.

Our condo HOA brought in this company for cutting out sheet rock about 15" X 15", the contractor who came, did not know how much it would cost, did not give an estimate in spite of asking many times, they did their work, only to receive $425 bill for the work, and this is only for cutting out. when asked for clarification of the high bill, they say they put a dust barrier and cleaned up the debris, i dont understand, I got an estimate from another local company after the work for which they estimated $150 for the same work, unbelievable, don't recommend their service, they work for HOA, but not in favor of home owners. Would dust barrier and debris clean up cost $275??? this is price gouging

White magic was hired by our HOA to repair the inside wall of our bedroom where water leaked from outside rain. They placed heaters in the bedroom for a couple of days to make sure the walls were dried before they started repairing the wall. New wall board was put around the area of the corner of the bedroom and ceiling, re-taped, textured and painted to blend in with the rest of the room. The head supervisor, Victor, listened well to my concerns about matching wall texture and also paint. I let him know that the paint we used on the walls originally came from Benjamin Moore and that is where they went to get paint. It matched the rest of the room perfectly. When they were done, they shampooed the rug in the bedroom, into the hall and down the stairs even though they had everything covered with plastic from the beginning. The guys came every day about 9 to 9:30 am which was great because we are older and not early risers.

We have used White Magic for many years and they are a solid company. Aaron and May go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They have done Mold Inspection and Mold Remediation for many of our managed properties at a reasonable cost. They provide fast and reliable service. I highly recommend White Magic Cleaning and Restoration.

Aaron has done a great job with pool maintenance and even came out late one night to fix a pluming issue that was unrelated to any pool equipment and resolved it in his off hours!

Customer service skills is subpar and the attitude is what turned me away from even seeking further Services! Didn't even get a chance to service my pool so I wasn't even going to chance it. It was a woman I spoke too didn't catch her name.
