Cleaning in Covid - amazing!
Raluca rescued us. Our old cleaner stopped working during quarantine. I tried my best (3 kids vs 1 mom) to keep up but was drowning. Raluca saved us. She cleans very well, is extremely professional. She works around zoom meetings, pets, our giant messes. She's our go to service from now on, our house is turning the corner - we are her #1 fan. She also uses great covid protocals. We feel clean & safe in her hands.

They do a good through job cleaning my home. They did a deep clean and now do a weekly service. They are also looking for feedback to make sure they didn’t miss anything. Quick and easy communication. I have 2 big dogs who make a lot of mess and they have left my house looking spotless!

Great Office Cleaning Service!

I was recommended by someone in my community's mom group.
I messaged The Sparkle Choice regarding a deep (1st) clean for my office, and subsequent monthly cleanings. Response was quick and the quote was reasonable.
Everything was quite professional, she sent me a contract which outlined what she did and didn't do (Cleaning up paperwork on desks, biohazard materials such as medical waste, etc), so expectations were clear.
She arrived and got started right away. She did a great job of cleaning the floors and baseboards, which were my biggest problem.
She brought all her own equipment and tools.

I have her come in monthly right now. And will ask for more frequent cleanings once we have more foot traffic.

I had to do a major clean up before move-in and Raluca came through within a few days after I left a message on The Sparkle Choice’s website. She was very professional and took the extra time needed (of course with my permission) to thoroughly clean the place. She and her team are friendly, efficient, and quite cooperative. I am currently working from home, and Raluca has always found a way to adjust to my schedule. She has even rearranged what she is cleaning in real-time to accommodate conference calls.

The price is very reasonable, the quality is outstanding, and they do their job quickly and efficiently. Plus, the team are not some ham-handed oafs. They show great respect for the home, and the items within, while cleaning.

I’ve been using cleaning services for over 30 years. I can say without any reservation that Raluca’s quality was at the highest level I’ve experienced. To say she was thorough is such an understatement. She even dusted the ceilings and was super friendly, responsive and communicative. We all know that lots of cleaning companies use people who don’t really care that much. They kinda want to get the job over with and go home. She cares and is deeply committed and overall did an exceptional job. I trust that my next cleaning will be as good as the first.

I've used the Sparkle Choice for several months and am very pleased with the quality of their work. Raluca and her team are very thorough, but always open to (and actively ask for) feedback should there be any changes/improvements I'd like (I haven't needed to recommend any so far).

They always wear masks for their safety and my own as they continue providing excellent service during this pandemic. As they clean throughout the house, I occupy one room then switch when it is time to clean the last remaining room.

They are great at maintaining communication, providing clear guidance around the scope of their work, and are very responsive. They provide a reminder notification about my upcoming recurring monthly cleaning.

The Sparkle Choice is superb!! I needed to prepare a home for sale and The Sparkle Choice exceeded my expectations!! They cleaned 14 window blinds that were loaded with layers of dust and dirt and turned two large bathrooms that weren't taken care of by tenants into "sparkling" bathrooms again. The Sparkle Choice pointed out the ceiling fan that was loaded with dust and made it shine like new. The Sparkle Choice Team is very professional, exhibit excellent customer service and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend The Sparkle Choice for all your cleaning needs.

We used Sparkle Choice after we had renovations done to our interior- we had them do a "deep clean" and they did a great job! We asked about regular interior house cleaning and they were a bit high, but we worked out a schedule that works for us and isn't much more than "The Maids" that we had used previously. Since they started cleaning on a regular basis, we're very pleased with their services. They are professional, always on time, and do a great job. We'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a real, professional cleaning team!
