Even our 1st phone call & the scheduling was very clear & the pricing was very fair. They also went OUT OF THEIR WAY to accommodate MY URGENT request, asking to FIT ME IN ASAP due to a situation.

They showed up promptly, brought their own supplies & the cleaning outcome was amazing & immaculate. They also added many of their own “special touches.”

What impressed me the most, was the stellar work ethic they both had, it kinda blew me away. I’d ordered DEEP CLEAN JOB (move in) but as “heavy” as I’d predicted, the job needed EVEN MORE WORK & MORE TIME than I had predicted. Still, these 2 cleaners powered thru for 3 additional hours until the job was complete !!!

I may have “dreamed” of this kinda deep cleaning, but in my life, I have NEVER seen ANY FOLKS do a DEEP CLEANING like VIP did … absolutely LEGIT!

VIP is NOW, my #1 choice for cleaning; I was so impressed, I immediately asked if I could book VIP on a regular basis !!

I highly recommend VIP Cleaning Service. We first hired them for a move in cleaning, which was spotless and super thorough. We then hired them for a monthly cleaning. That was almost 2 years ago now. Compared to previous cleaners, they are immaculate and clean thoroughly. I like that they don't use harsh chemicals and the house doesn't smell like bleach when they leave. Highly recommend!

They did exactly what they outlined they would do in their quote. They charged exactly what they quoted, and they came right on time at the time and date we agreed upon. Nothing further could be asked for than that.

Their team cleaned our home as if it was their own, they made the beds for our children with their stuffed animals placed in a scene, they cleaned around paperwork in the office without misplacing anything, they folded each paper and cloth towel in a hotel like design, and they were very kind and respectful.

I would highly recommend them going forward and I have already asked them to continue on a biweekly basis.

VIP Cleaning Service is good and they did clean our house well for the most part, so I still recommend their service overall, even though our experience was not good.

My wife had scheduled a cleaning service and she asked how much it would be to clean the carpets initially, without confirming that we would need full carpet cleaning. On the day of the job, I told the team as soon as they arrived that they could just lightly vacuum the carpet without spending too much time on it, because there would be another company coming in later to do a full carpet cleaning (we had scheduled a carpet cleaning with a company that only cleans carpets, on the same day).

Long story short, VIP Cleaning Service ended up doing a full cleaning on our carpets and charging for it (against what we had agreed upon), but I only noticed when they were more than halfway done. Plus, in one of the areas of the house the carpet had to be redone since they left it too wet. Also, I had to cancel on the other company last minute after they had already arrived on-site. Thankfully they were very understanding and didn’t even charge us any cancellation fee.

My recommendation is that if you do choose VIP Cleaning Service, do clarify at least 2 times with them what will be the final price, what will be included in the package, and stick to that price before the team comes.

I have been using VIP Cleaning Service for both home and a business for nearly a year. They are trustworthy, (they have keys and alarm codes for the business) and have always arrived on time as scheduled. Their quality of service is top quality and the crews are alway very professional. I am very happy with their service!

VIP is an excellent housecleaning service! Their crews arrive on time and are thorough, professional and easy to communicate with. In a home with many occupants - including multiple pets - they manage to get rid of all the dust and fur at every visit, leaving every surface sparkling. They also go the extra mile to clean moldings and window sills, details that are very much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing residential cleaning.

VIP Cleaning Service is one of the best, most reliable services I’ve ever worked with and I’ve always been extremely pleased with the detail of their work. They are always very accommodating and they even helped me once after hours with an emergency cleanup to help my tenant.
