Andre and Laura did an amazing job! I can’t say enough about how wonderful my carpets look. Those two were so gracious and accommodating that I will ask for them again and again!! So much attention to detail and it clearly showed! This is the 5th time I’ve used this service and only once the service wasn’t worth the price, but it was a different team of people whose names I cannot even remember (thus the 4 stars vs 5). I’ve also used Juan and another young lady who were also amazing! However, I will continue to use Andre and Laura forever now, they are now my forever team, for sure! Juan also did my windows once and that was amazing as well.

Delia comes once per month and cleans my dad's entire three-bedroom, two-bath house in about two hours. She is friendly, professional, thorough, fast, and surprisingly quiet. The house is sparkling when she leaves.

Ladies were lovely and did a great job!

Appreciate level of service considering how untidy my house usually is, but maids almost never remove couch cushions and vacuum. This is supposed to be included in the service and is important for keeping allergens to a minimum.

This was my first visit from Merry Maids and will probably be my last. When I called to schedule the lady told me that as a first visit they would do an in-depth cleaning at an exorbitant price but that future visits would cost considerably less. Maybe I expected too much but mopping, vacuuming 2 bedrooms, living room and family room, cleaning 2 baths and kitchen should not cost $500. If that’s all I get for that amount what will they do for less $?

I am so thankful for Merry Maids!! I was in need of a reset at home while I had a family member in the hospital. I can home to a nice clean home and it was such a huge relief and peace of mind. Thank you so much!!

I had good service from merry maids for years. But for the last year and a half they are just not doing their jobs. Most frustrating is that they don’t scrub anything. It seems like they just wipe services down. But when you have tile on the shower it has to be scribed with a brush to get clean. I just had my service and I still have pink mold in there. Disappointed and frustrated.

Updated Review: The company worked with us to improve quality but ultimately they weren't a good fit for us. However I do think they are a reasonable professional service and I wouldn't advise anyone against them. They are probably for many people the best and safest professional cleaning option in the area. Do reach out early on if you aren't happy with the quality as they will work to fix things.

Origional Review: The cleaning quality isn't that good. We noticed things (the bathrooms especially) are less clean when when we clean ourselves which takes about 2 hours. For the cost which is much higher than other alternatives, I don't consider it professional quality cleaning. It's not terrible but it's not that good. Especially given the really high cost of the first cleaning.

Edit: I was reached out to and they offered to work to address these issues. If I see improvement I'll increase the rating.

With so many work/life responsibilities, it's very freeing to be able to turn over some of the housekeeping responsibilities to Merry Maids. They are very professional, prompt, and do a great job.

I needed the house we were renting cleaned by the end of the month. They were so accommodating and was able to schedule me last minute. The house was spotless and smelled great! I will recommend them to family and friends.
