The ladies that came to my home were fantastic. They were very thoughtful and thorough and I would highly recommend them. I requested them as my permanent service representatives and I give them 5 stars.

We hired Merry Maids to clean our double ovens. They did just an ok job. I had to finish what they left over. They didn't seem to have the right tools or cleansers. The ovens were quite dirty yet with a little elbow grease they did a good enough job. As I said, after they left I had to clean off the residuals of their chemicals plus use a razor scraper to get the build up on the glass. I think they charge too much.

This was the worse 300 dollars to clean refrigerator and partial stove. Asked for refund said 75.00 dollars will return . They work slow and don't own what they do wrong . 225 to clean refrigerator said when they came back rags were dirty . Really please find someone who works fast and does a good job . Trust me they are lousy

There are nice people , no experience I pay $510.00 to have a good service a clean house for example dining table they clean around the vase and the small decorative cover this is not not a professional job a very bad bad JOBS I don’t trust your company anymore

The ladies did an incredible job. The whole house sparkled. The closet door full mirrors have never gotten as clean. I was very impressed with the rest of the house cleaning.

I’ve been really happy with my experience with Merry Maids! Their communication is great. Really quick to respond and answer questions. I appreciate that texting is an option since it’s sometimes difficult to step away for a phone call. Alma has been wonderful! We appreciate having a clean home and not having to stress about cleaning during our time off.

The kitchen was well cleaned, but I asked for the refrigerator to be cleaned and they said they'd let me know, but never followed up. The bathroom shower was not well cleaned. Still had soap scum in the tub. Left dust bunnies on the carpet upstairs and I had to go over the downstairs wood flooring which still had dirt buildup on it.

These ladies have been cleaning our home for a few months. They are not doing a complete job. Some of the rooms are not being cleaned. They’re here for about an hour and a half soap dishes in the showers are not being Cleaned. Microwave is not cleaned. This is the second time this has happened. I have a gas stove and asked the girl to clean the top grates of the Stove and she told me that they only do that when it is a deep cleaning. Went outside this morning and found that they threw the trash in a bag over our front fence. They made one bed and the bedspread is on upside down. They act like they don’t want to be here.

The staff has been prompt, responsive and wonderful- all the way fromJena who scheduled my service to Amber and Amira who came to my house. They did a great job on the windows and bathroom, and especially the baseboards and oven/stove! On the flip side, they didn’t move all the things on counter and furniture tops to clean behind and under them, such as some knick knacks , the coffee maker, and spice bottles. Also they missed cleaning part of the granite and some of the kitchen floor under the table and chair legs. Last main thing they didn’t clean was the light fixture over the dining room table . It has glass sides and they didn’t clean at all. For the price I paid I really feel those things should have been cleaned.

This was my very first time hiring a maid service. As I suddenly had to move before Thanksgiving, I had a hard time finding a maid service in time for my move. But, Merry Maids was the only local service that were willing to move things around in there schedule for my last minute request.

The service was very worth the price. Two maids took about 2.5 hours to do move out cleaning of my 3 bed two bath house (with an extra office, den, and laundry room). They were professionally on time and worked quickly. The house was spotless
