They do a good job for my bi-monthly cleaning, but there are small areas that I notice that get missed or not completely done. Mainly wished they would wipe down cabinet doors in kitchen/bathrooms, the small appliances in the kitchen and dust my desk (I've noticed they've never done it even though its in one of the rooms we've requested cleaning). But everyone we've had has been very punctual, incredibly nice and take good care of everything in our home.

We love Merry Maids and all of their staff. Stacy, Jenny and Cecilia . They are a great addition to our Merry Maid experience. We’ve had Cecilia clean two different houses for us and she does fabulous work on both. Our only question is how does she make everything look better and sparkle. Thank you all !

Communication with office is easy. The cleaning crews arrive on time, are always pleasant and leave my house very clean.

Of late (92021), the cleaning is not as thorough. There has been a change in one of the team members.

I’m not here to leave a horrible review, I just was unhappy with the work they did as a “deep clean”! It was such a light clean they work they did, they cover all the typical thing I do daily!! After I poured a couple thing out, for example, there was a juice spill in a main walking area that was completely missed, due to the fact I was siting there..?! Main Windows were missed bugs left in window sill, base boards were never even touched! As I was explained that they would be, I never even considered the bears boards until I was told!! How exciting right.... well as a first time customer def wasn’t happy. My total was $360.00 I believe!

We have had Merry Maids service now for several months. The girls are delightful, and the service is wonderful. Very happy with Merry Maids.

We were disappointed with the results. We paid extra to clean the refrigerator and the freezer compartment was untouched. I had to scrub the tile floors to get them clean. It appears only a mop was used. We do a better job when we clean, so we expected the same results when we are paying someone to clean our house. Otherwise what’s the point of hiring someone to do it? We won’t be recommending your company to others.

They were super friendly and worked hard. The dusting, sweeping, bathrooms, etc were all done great! Unfortunately, my hardwood and laminate floors need a liquid wipe down/mopping. Downstairs it looked good, but upstairs I think they may have forgot as there were lots of spots on the floor (even a coffee spill) still so I had to get down on my hands and knees and wipe it all down with a wet cloth.

The Merry Maids do a great job of cleaning. Thank you to Nicole and Berlinn. They are always on time, courteous, and they bring their own cleaning supplies. I strongly recommend this business.

My experience with the workers is wonderful. They are courteous, reliable and dependable. From day one they came in and got the job done right and have been doing the same ever since. I dread the days when Martha and Maria are unable to come because no one else can measure up to their standard of professionalism.

Everyone I've come in contact with from Merry Maids seems professional and courteous. The Merry Maids staff does a great job and I always feel a sense of relief after they clean my place. I would recommend Merry Maids to my friends and family.

This was a deep cleaning and the two ladies who did the cleaning did an absolutely fantastic job! It was definitely a lot of hard work and they did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this business and specifically the team who did our job.

The "maids" did an excellent job and were very professional. They were thorough and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely use their service again.

The communication between the office has always been great. They work with me to schedule a team if my schedule changes. The cleaning team arrives within the time window. They are respectful, thorough and pleasant.

I've been with Merry Maids for sometime now and what impresses me is the quality of their work, the security I feel when they're in my home. I can always depend Merry Maids. I would recommend them to my family. Keep up the great work.

Cleanings haven’t been sufficient as expected and agreed upon. Not good consistency with staff. Cleaning products used in my house are not to my liking and I have to keep reminding staff if this. They are old and rancid smelling or not good for the surfaces in my house. The staff should be educated on what products can be used and which ones shouldn’t be used on various surfaces. When paying this high price for a service (for the brand more than the service), we shouldn’t have these kind of issues.

This review is for October 9, 2019 service at my home in Bel Air Dr, Concord.
The 2 ladies seem nice, especially the older lady, the younger lady complained about what I request was not on their to do list. She was not even doing her job properly. They were chatting the whole time they were here. That’s ok if they did a great job but they don’t.
They left my house like it was not professionally cleaned. I could have done a better job. The reason why I chose merry maid for the second time is because my previous ladies were exceptional. I can’t find a single dirty spot. Too bad those ladies no longer work for you. They were excellent. But those 2 ladies who just cleaned my house, I don’t want them again. If ever I request for cleaning again, please do not send them to my house.

Merry Maids has been cleaning my house for four years. The same staff are scheduled at every visit, so I always know who's to arrive to do the cleaning. That's a huge plus in my book. These folks are beyond thorough! Every nook and cranny gets cleaned at every visit. They're most conscientious, polite, and knowledgable in what they do. The team that comes to my home is just the best. They are on time, courteous, thorough, respectful and caring. I completely trust the team. When I was outside trying to clean out my fountain and having a difficult time, one of the team came out to help me and I had not asked.

They adore my 17 year old cat and make sure that she is OK when they arrive. She follows them around the house.

They always do a great job and if I have an extra request, they are more than happy to do it.

Extremely happy with Merry Maids! They arrive on time & I appreciate the time of arrival tracking to be informed of the cleaners arrival time. The cleaners get straight to the work & are extremely thorough in cleaning. Merry Maids has put my trust back into housekeeping needs. We will definitely continue their services ongoing monthly. I also love how a live person answers promptly when I call the main office. Highly recommended!
