Wow, saw one of their work trucks cut off 3 people merging onto Vasco road. Yikes! Only reason I know is because I have a dash cam and the company information is plastered all over the back of the truck. If you're this unprofessional on the road, how do you think they would treat your property?

While I have been on our HOA board for years, but speaking as an individual, we were thrilled switching to Philco Building Maintenance – Landscaping after burning through 4 other landscaping companies prior which kept getting bought out, changing management, not fulfilling their contractual duties, etc. Philco has been a great upgrade for our community, and Alvaro and his team are committed to great work, being courteous and respectful, pointing out issues and giving input on the degree of urgency, and quickly addressing any issues (such as leaking pipes, weekend calls, etc) along the way. I am so thrilled finally having a great landscape company really taking ownership in our community, and would recommend them for these reasons. I’ll note their fees were actually very competitive and it doesn’t hurt to reach out and ask for a quick quote.

Was nearly run down by a maintence worker driving a sweeper truck as I was walking with my kid in the parking lot at Willow Pass and Market Street. He was driving at street speeds in the lot and nearly hit several parked cars. Absolutely erratic.

Omar, Brian, and Theo came in to perform the vent cleaning, and they were professional and fantastic. They explained what they were doing, and what really impressed me was that they had booties to put over their work boots and a cloth to put down. They were just great.

They came to work on something simple, it turned into quite a challenge due factors not in their control. They took the extra time to made sure everything was handled properly, kept a pleasant attitude throughout, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Alex, Muneer, Jose, and the entire CH&L team did a fantastic job with repaving all around my house (including the backyard, driveway, and front sidewalk) that was cracked and crumbling. They also installed drainage to help with flooding issues and put in a new artificial turf front lawn. They included me in all planning phases and took care of obtaining all the proper city permits and inspections. Alex paid attention to even the smallest details and is a true professional. The CH&L team is friendly, fast, efficient, on schedule, and on budget! I will definitely call on them for my future landscape needs.

CH&L Services is a dynamite company. They completed phase one of my difficult project with a strategically developed plan. The grade of the terrain of my property is extremely steep and contains mature trees that were accommodated for in the company’s planning. Alex visited the site multiple times throughout the projects duration and provided crews who arrived early and worked diligently everyday. Muneer provided high quality consulting services and obtained the exact material that I envisioned. My project has multiple phases and remain in progress but I am extremely happy with the services provided thus far and the quality of the fence fabricated for my angled property line. I cannot thank this team enough!

Cardona Landscaping has always been a go to for me and my family. Their is no job too big or too small for them. They started off doing just little maintenance around my home. We later asked them to do a retaining wall. Later redo our fence. They are very professional and work well with the customer to give them exactly what they want.

Called them out, they quoted a price. Took 2/3 of the money and stopped coming after only half was done. Stopped answering calls. Horrible service, communication and follow through. DO NOT HIRE!

Jose and his crew did a large clean up on my property. Trimming and removing trees and bushes. They topped several trees to preserve our view. Jags Landscape is professional, affordable and reliable.

This company lied about being state licenced they charged the damaged my roof and tryed to cover it up. They are all bad. stay away

We've worked with Francisco and Francisco's Landscaping on three separate and major projects. The first was removing a pond and waterfall. The second was installing a concrete deck around our pool. The third was putting in a new lawn and landscaping in our front yard. The quality of their work was consistently very high and they were extremely easy to work with. The team was punctual, professional, and truly seemed to care about doing a good job and pleasing their customers.

I do a lot of comparative estimates for any project. Their pricing was very fair, never felt overpriced, and was well worth what we asked for. One thing we especially appreciated was their flexibility. Francisco's extensive experience and creative problem-solving skills showed in every project. They were always ready to adapt and find effective solutions, making any changes mid-process smooth and stress-free. Working with them felt like working with a group of good guys who wanted to see their customers happy.

Really enjoyed working with Anthony and Ivan. They were prompt all throughout our project, from bidding to completion. We had good communication throughout the project and they were flexible with me as changes or clarifications came up during the project. I feel like the value for the price was great and the service was exceptional. I would recommend them and work with them again.

We worked with Anthony to build a retaining wall and remove a large tree. He was helpful, completed the project early and was very great with communication. Highly recommend Anthony for those looking to update their landscaping!

Best decision I’ve made - Anthony makes everything easy.

I had Anthony and his crew do a 420sqft white paver patio with a dark border. He was communicative, professional, and asked all the right questions. He came recommended to us by the home’s previous owner for landscaping projects. I was honestly a little worried about the lack of reviews online, but after meeting him (and some of the “big” paver installation companies), I had no doubts.
I had attempted to do the project myself - Anthony fixed all of my mistakes, ordered the pavers, talked me through a couple different designs, and executed the project on time.
He talked us through different grading and proper base support (a hot tub is going on the patio). He even kept a couple contingency plans ready if we wanted to make a last minute decision on where the hot tub would be placed on the patio!
He even noticed a low point in the backyard and proactively offered to move some of the excavated dirt over there to level it out for future sodding.

If you’re considering Anthony and All Around the Garden… do it!
