Great service at a very competitive price. We had our old gas furnace die. Refreshed Air got us up and running within a week and did a great job.

As soon as I called they worked to get me service as quickly as possible. John found the problem corrected it and we have heat.

We had a heat pump installed in May 2023. Michael Forshey provided us with all the information we needed to choose the best product for our budget. He is passionate about his work. He always responded to our phone calls in a timely manner, gave us clear and concise answers to our questions, and was always very friendly and patient. The project manager and installation team were also very friendly, well-organized, on time, and communicated clearly with us throughout the process. Michael and team installed super-efficient HVAC system in our parents home and have always been responsive if any questions or issues come up. As a matter of fact they responded within a couple of hours today as the AC was not functioning and fixed it within 30 mins of arrival..Super team lead by super entrepreneur Michael ! This review of Refreshed Heating and Cooling is to share with other potential clients our experience of partnering with Michael and his team to purchase & install a 4-zone mini-split system for our home.
Introduction Meeting: We reached out to Michael Forshey regarding the purchase and installation of a mini-split system. Michael was on time for our initial meeting and walked us through various manufacturer options and required zones for our home. Since the mini-split system was new to us, Michael was very informative and professional in answering our questions during our meeting. We met and talked with Michael and his colleague Robert several times during our introduction phase. Each time we left a message they were prompt in returning our phone calls and answering our follow-up questions. We decided to partner with Refreshed Heating and Cooling because they presented us with a competitive quote and we felt comfortable and confident during our communications that Michael and his team would provide us with a positive experience.

Work Completion: The installation of the 4-zone mini-split system, we were informed would take 4 days to complete. Before the start of the project, we met with Michael and Robert to review and discuss the project and answer any last-minute questions. On the start date of the project, Saul and Gilbert arrived at our house on time and walked us through the schedule for the day. We confirmed with them the location of each unit. While installing one of the units they informed us of an issue with a header beam above a window, suggesting we relocate the unit slightly to the right to avoid drilling through the header beam. Saul and Gilbert were very professional, they always kept us informed on what was happening each day and taking the time to answer any questions we may have. The quality of their work was clean and professional and they proceeded to clean up after each day. Saul and Gilbert completed the installation on schedule. Saul provided a walk-through of the project demonstrating the various features/controls of the remote.

Follow-up: Upon completion of the project, Michael called to discuss the project and to make sure we were satisfied with the installation (two thumbs up).
At the posting of this review, it’s been a week since the installation and I’m happy to say everything is working great. The units are quiet, and we finally have a home that is warm and cozy in every room. (Prior we had an outdated standard furnace with old ducts and heating throughout the house would be uneven/cold in some rooms and overly hot in others.) Looking forward to summer when we can try out the cooling aspect of the mini-split!

I’m very satisfied with my Mitsubishi HVAC Ductless System. The Refreshed Team is highly professional from consultation to completion. The owner phoned me post-install to check on my satisfaction and follow up as well with my one year maintenance process. The value is excellent for the quality of the product & service. I was using portable units for years. The electrical panel also needed upgrading and a Refreshed electrician referral assisted with that as well. Their professional & courteous install team worked diligently at my home for a few days. It’s awesome to finally have a new HVAC system. It’s super quiet, too. One of my neighbors didn’t choose Refreshed- and theirs makes more noise!!! I’ve already been using the A/C at nighttime & it works fantastically! I recently had my system upgraded to a heat pump system. We were very pleased with the workmanship and customer service. Michael, Robert, and the entire Refreshed team are the definition of professionalism. They tackled what could only be described as a nightmare project with skill, patience, and care. My old HVAC unit had failed, and I decided to take the opportunity to relocate the system into the attic and upgrade everything: new unit, ductwork throughout the house, system upgrades, demo, drywall, paint... the whole nine yards.

Despite the complexity and the inevitable timeline extensions, the team never lost their cool. Just finished a major HVAC replacement project. I went to three recommended vendors and spent time with each reviewing their proposals for my home heat and AC needs.
