We had a heat pump installed in May 2023. Michael Forshey provided us with all the information we needed to choose the best product for our budget. He is passionate about his work. He always responded to our phone calls in a timely manner, gave us clear and concise answers to our questions, and was always very friendly and patient. The project manager and installation team were also very friendly, well-organized, on time, and communicated clearly with us throughout the process.
