As usual, Atlas Tree Service provided excellent service from start to end. We use them every year to care for all the trees in our property. Our arborist, Alberto Banda, and everyone else we've always worked with are ALWAYS professional and very responsive to our needs and questions. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Everything was coordinated by Alberto Banda. He was helpful answering questions when he came out to provide an estimate on the work. The crew arrived a bit late, but not a big issue. They did an excellent job of pruning the one tree and removing the others. All work was done as expected, and they cleaned up the area after completion.

Atlas cut down several large eucalyptus trees that the town had organized removal of. The crew was thorough, polite and attentive to minimize disruption to us. They completed the project in time they had originally estimated. The area was left looking clean and tidy. Mario was professional and responsive to our questions.

Mario Soriano was my contact for Atlas. He was fantastic to work with. He was timely, extremely responsive and fair. His knowledge of trees and the trimming and equipment needed was perfect. Also his team of Adolfo and Amanda were efficient, polite and took great pride in their work and insured that I was happy with the job. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I needed to have an extremely large tree removed from our front lawn as it was at risk of falling over my or my neighbor’s house and the roots was also starting to lift the concrete on the entryway to my house. Alberto came quickly to look at it and give me an estimate. I told him I really wanted to get this work done before Thanksgiving and they called me saying they had a cancellation and could come the next day. The workers came and thought work could be done in 2 hours however they soon realized they needed to go slower to ensure no property damage to either home. I needed to go to an appointment and they stayed past noon until the full job was done so that I could leave in time. Most other workers stop everything at noon for lunch break and then come back which would have made me miss my appointment so was grateful for them staying to finish. They then came back a few days later to grind the stump. All workers were professional and great! Alberto made sure to follow up each time work got done to see if I was happy with the work. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.

We live in Benicia and have used Atlas Tree Service annually over 6 years now for pruning all of our trees. Their associates where on time, courteous, efficient in managing the job and made various suggestions on the pruning of each tree. They even cleaned up after themselves. They made a point to call me the next day to confirm I was happy with the work completed. I definitely would recommend Atlas Tree Service.

Alberto from Atlas tree Service contacted to determine if I was ready for my tree to be trimmed. I have a very large tree which seems to over grow between trimming. We set up an appointment for a quote. He sowed up on time and provided me a quote shortly after. I accepted the quote and we setup a date to have the work performed. Atlas called the day before the service and setup a time. The next day the Atlas crew showed up on time. We went over what I expected to be done. They did the job exactly as I expected. I was happy with the work and the people at Atlas.

We have had Atlas Tree servicing our trees for a few years. We have a very large Heritage Valley Oak and they did a wonderful job in thinning it out a couple of years ago. We just recently had them back to service our Raewood Ash, California Pepper Tree and Flowering Pear and they all now look amazing. Highly recommend them, they are quick to respond and schedule.

We had two monster sized trees removed that needed a crane, and Mario Soriano and his crew got the job almost completely done in one day. They even cleaned up the sawdust and trimmings before they left. Gina in the office has been incredibly easy to work with too.
I highly recommend Atlas and would use them again if we needed any tree work done.

Alberto from Atlas Tree Service successfully trimmed our very large Magnolia, Eucalyptus and Chestnut front yard trees last year and emailed us again this year and were able to come by and give us an estimate for our backyard.
We approved the estimate and were traveling so they were able to bring in their excellent team and beautifully trim and clean up some very large queen palms. Now these palms look so much better, our backyard is much cleaner, and they were better able to handle the winter and wind storms!

Great job, on time. They had to bring a bucket truck to reach some of the branches and drive on the lawn. They did a good job protecting the yard. Nice crew , put back all pots and decorations I had in the yard. My yard was spotless when they left. Highly recommended
