Marjorie our sales rep did a wonderful job explaining the process . Anytime we had a question she would explain. We able to get a respond right away when we would reach out to her. My Family couldn’t be happier with our decision to go solar. We weren’t knowledgeable about Solar but with Raymond and Angie explaining things to us helped us understand. I do know that I see the savings every single month.

Very friendly , professional , very accommodating and Isaac Alvarez was very nice and helpful and attentive. The solar looks beautiful and aesthetic . HIGHLY Recommend . Also the Isaac from the install crew was very nice and respectful

My wife and I hired Pacific Allied a group to replace our roof, fascia and install solar. We had so many issues with them. They don’t do what they agree to. Charged us for work that wasn’t completed.when confronted they just say they didn’t but don’t have anything to back it up. They completed the job and we’re paid by the finance company back in June of 2023. I have been fighting with them since to get the fascia fixed the way it was agreed upon. We caught the issue before the roof was installed and they told me they weren’t going to fix it the way we agreed upon. Along with other things they didn’t complete or damaged. Raymond and Angi are very unresponsive and don’t honor what is said or written. We agreed on a solution to fix the fascia and Raymond wouldn’t even write what was agreed upon in the contract. Very shady. There is a lack of clear communication between departments/personnel. I am having to pay for the fascia repair and “trust” they will reimburse me. Very poor workmanship and customer service.

Best experience ever I couldn’t had made a better decision. Extremely professional always ready to answer questions. Overall just an excellent service
Hilda Marin who was my sales person was able to answered all of my questions. I had already sinned with a different company but after talking with Hilda, I decided to go with them. Because Hilda is very knowledgeable
And that’s what makes me change my mind.

The statements made in this post are misleading and do not accurately reflect what occurred. For clarity and to correct the record, the following facts are provided:

• No out-of-pocket fascia payment was made. Claims that the homeowner paid for repairs and was asked to “trust” reimbursement are false. The fascia and related items were addressed directly and at no cost to the homeowner.

• No attorney was ever involved. While emails repeatedly referenced “my attorney,” no attorney contacted Pacific Allied Group, no demand letter was sent, and no legal action was taken. The matter was not resolved by counsel.

• Resolution occurred through direct, good-faith efforts. Pacific Allied Group and the independent solar installer personally went to the property to resolve concerns and ultimately provided everything requested to close the matter. Significant work was completed without compensation, resulting in financial losses to both Pacific Allied Group and the installer.

• Communication did occur. PAG and the installer were all involved in ongoing email communication and site visits. Claims of unresponsiveness are not supported by the documented email threads.

• Electrical and fascia concerns were discussed at the time. Installation options were explained, including a more durable and visually appropriate solution. That option was declined by the homeowner. Complaints raised later about the same issue contradict decisions made at the time of installation.

• No formal complaints were filed. No reports were made to the BBB, CSLB, or any regulatory agency—despite those avenues being available if the allegations were accurate.

• Substantial improvements were provided. The property received a new roof and other improvements. Public claims omit the extensive work completed and the concessions made to resolve the matter.

This response is provided solely to correct the record. The matter was resolved directly, in good faith, and closed. No further public engagement will occur.

I highly recommend this solar company. They're very professional and A+ work! I even had other permit issues that were preventing me from getting solar but this great company went beyond my expectations and helped me get permitted for my solar system. Angie Aldama and her team at Pacific Allied Group have set the standard and I refer this company to everyone I know. Their expertise from electrical, installation, and craftsmanship are second to none.

Vincent and Sebastian were fantastic in their work at our home coordinating the electrical work for our kitchen renovation. They came in and gave us a straight forward quote and performed the work in a very professional manner. We are so satisfied with their work and we will use Trout Electric for any and all electrical work in our home. Thank you so much.

This company was hired by Tesla to install the Home Share system I received with my cybertruck. They got the installation done, and 3 weeks later, the wall charger went bad. When I called them, they made me call Tesla to get the wall charger replaced. Luckily, Tesla sent me a wall charge,r and they asked me to call them when I received it so that they could come by and install it. When they came out to install, they wanted to charge me $290. Keep in mind Tesla paid them $4,800 to install the homeshare, which included the wall charger. They told me that Tesla didn't approve the new wall charger to install to be paid by Tesla. They told me they would call Tesla, and it's been 3 weeks, and no one has called me back. The tech that came out told me it's very easy to take out 4 screws to install the replacement, but they still wanted to charge me $290. They tried blaming Tesla for not approving the installation of the Wall charger, but a really good electrical company would have quickly and easily installed the wall charger. Keep in mind, it was 4 screws by the tech to install. This wasn't something that required the electrician to redo any electrical work. Do not hire this company. They take on the big job, and if anything goes wrong, they blame Tesla and don't call you back.

This company has integrity and quality in their work. If your a company and your looking to upgrade to a more efficient product, give CEI a chance. They know what they are doing!

Control Electric is a great shop. As I come from the electrical industry I have access to both big and small shops. Control is that fit of Large project ability with small shop personal service. You call them and you don't get an answering service, you get sales, Project Manager, Estimating or Ownership! This team is responsive and friendly.
Their work is neat and clean like they have pride in there work, which is becoming a thing that is hard to come by in today's hurry up and get it done market.

You guys have the best prices. You’ve been great for my business and a pleasure to work with.
