Electrical reviews in Corona, California

So far two bad experiences with this whole sale company in city of Corona.
First one I remained on hold for 30 minutes I had to hang up and call back at least 3 times to get attention. I ordered my materials. Loaded everything up got to the job and panel they sold me had no load center cover (panel cover).
Next day ordered materials from them due to having to return for panel cover from previous day. Showed up 1 1/2 later and they where completely clueless of the Order that I had made. There is only three guys there and one of them took my order and acted like he did had not taken my order.

CES Corona is great. I’ve been using that location for 5+ years. Mike recently took over management an has done an outstanding job of really bringing that store up to being one of the best electrical supply houses I’ve used in my 40 year electrical career. Mike’s entire staff understands that the way they make money is by their customers making money. The more jobs I get, the more stuff they sell me. They do a great job of helping me make money. Not just through competitive pricing, but through product availability and supply chain. They get me what I need and when I need it.

They almost always have it. Back orders are at a minimum.

A good place for electrical supplies. They are very helpful and friendly. You can get most anything you might need.

Twice the price and 15 minutes at their sales counter before somebody gets out of their chair to help you. Save your time and your money.

Really disappointing. Counter help didn't know what a SPST rocker switch was. Brought me out a 15a breaker...Wasted about 30 minutes due to the time it took to get a refund - cash sale....

Bad service and they ignore the customers.they Dont wanna sell .
