On time, hard working, attention to detail, professional, and friendly. Hired them for a deep cleaning service of a 3300 sq ft home. Betty and Cesar performed an excellent job. They stayed late to finish the job and did not leave until I was 100% satisfied and encouraged me to take a look as the cleaning progressed to let them know if I had any issues and if there was something I could not find. I was so impressed I hired the company for biweekly cleaning. 100% recommend.

Huge thank you to Mayra at CCS cleaning. She went above and beyond, when I came home it was like brand new. Very clean, smelled amazing and everything spotless. None the less it was a smooth effortless process from start to finish. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you Mayra

We had our house cleaned by Yvonne and her son Cesar and they did an amazing job. They were professional, on time, and very detail-oriented. The house felt fresh, organized, and truly deep cleaned from top to bottom. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their clients.

They do a passable job, but at $50 per person per hour, I'm expecting more than "eh, better than nothing". Additionally, I've been overcharged twice within the 5 visits I've had. Not great odds, if you ask me. They refunded me the overcharge both times, although the first time they tried to give me credit to my account (uh, no, I may need to drop you, just give me my money back). Not *quite* fraud, but seriously. Unhappy.

I would rate this company 0 stars if I could. I asked them for a move-out cleaning in the afternoon because we are moving out in the morning. A few days prior a girl calls to confirm a 10am-12pm cleaning which I changed to a 12-2pm cleaning. I called today (day before move out) to ask if they could show up closer to 1-2pm, to see if they could be flexible with me as I was with them ,in which they were completely inflexible. They said they would be there at 12pm and LEAVE if the apartment wasn't ready. I asked for an hour to see if I could move stuff around after they threatened to cancel my appointment. I hung up with them and they called me back and left a voicemail that they canceled my appointment. I found a cheaper and more flexible cleaning service whose customer service is not awful. Buyer beware.

They called me the NIGHT before my scheduled cleaning and cancelled. I asked for a day the following week, they told me all of their workers were injured and I should look for a back up company. Terrible and not a reliable business!
