I have used many different maid service companies in my lifetime but this company goes above and beyond my expectations. They left my house spotless right before I had a small party. My house was filthy and they made it look gorgeous. Thank you so much

What a lack of respect. We moved to Corona a little over a year ago. We had used Maidpro in the past when when we were in lake elsinore. We had outstanding service with that MaidPro. They here started strong but it didn't take long to start to notice things had been moved from one room to another, bathroom products not empty tossed in the trash, and finally this past week my wife found that someone had gone into her makeup and things had been opened used and then put back not even in the right bag. So we started to look around and found my wife's jewelry box had damage on it that wasn't there before. It appeared that someone had knocked it off the dresser. When my wife called this morning she was given the run around and the owner said he would call her back. My wife called back and the person was being very evasive and said the owner was not available and did not know when he would be back after she had just received a text message from them. Once confronted again on the full list of issues they avoided any attempt to deal with issues. The lack of dealing with the list of problems shows they really don't care about the customer. Maybe they should take notice of the other MaidPro locations and see why they get much better reviews. Needless to say we cancelled their service and we will find someone else to handle our cleaning needs.

I have always done my own housecleaning but I needed my house cleaned because I had surgery. I was only going to have them do 1 deep clean but since it was so good I have had them come back bi weekly!
The staff is always kind, and do a fantastic job! Great price and great work!!

I used Maidpro cleaning services for move-out cleaning of my house. They were very professional and did a great job at cleaning.
Their rates are fairly reasonable and is a great value for money. I will recommend Maidpro for cleaning needs.

It has been about 5 months since I switched to MaidPro and I don't regret it one bit. They have friendly employees that give very helpful sanitization advice. Thier maids usually show up early for my appointments and do an awesome job especially with our 3story high ceiling blinds. I always refer them to friends that have difficulty cleaning hard to reach places. They get 2 thumbs up from me!

Maidpro has been cleaning our office for about 2 years. We have had several great cleaners. Most recently, Julianna was in, she was friendly and left our offices clean and smelling great.

Patricia is the best. She does a very thorough job of cleaning everything other MaidPros do plus more. I love how my home smells so fresh when she is done.

While the cleaning itself was good, the experience was very poor. Two women showed up to my home within the scheduled time and I opened the door to say hi, and neither one greeted me back or identified themselves or what company they were with. Your employees at the very least need to identify themselves and their company for safety reasons. After simply stating, “Maid pro” after an awkward silence at the door, I confirmed that they were who I was expecting and let them in. They never introduced themselves or shared their names. That should be standard protocol. They walked in with their Starbucks drinks, that were dripping condensation, and put them on my counter. While I assume they figured that they would be cleaning it up later, it was still rude to enter someone's home and do that. The women didn't speak any English, and there was no indication when I was setting up the appointment that this would be the case. They did not understand anything I was saying to them while I was trying to explain that I would be working while they were cleaning until finally I had to switch to spanish. Thankfully, I speak fluent Spanish and was able to get my messages across. I was working from home and let them know that if they could do the room I was in last and that way I could move my work setup out of the way once, and that was fine, however, about thirty minutes in, they started playing music loudly on their phone. I had to ask them to lower the music. It's very inconsiderate to come into someone's home while they are there, and especially when they already communicated that they are working, and play music out loud. They did not turn it down immediately, but finally did.
While the cleaning itself was fine, I cannot recommend this company to my friends and family as most people I know do not speak Spanish, and would not have been able to communicate with the service providers.

Maid Pro did a wonderful job cleaning my condo. Aimee and Davey were thorough as well as friendly and considerate. I definitely recommend them!

This is the second time I've used Maidpro and I'm very pleased with the experience. Prices are extremely reasonable and both Patricia and Kim did an excellent job cleaning. They were quiet yet friendly.

Maidpro makes it quick and easy! Patricia cleaned my apartment just last week and did an awesome job helping me keep things tidy. Kimberly and Trey did the one before and were also awesomely detailed in their work. They show up promptly during the time windows too, and their new website makes things much easier in regards to tracking and controlling appointments.

These cleaners will be in and out of your house as fast as possible. They don't take the time to provide quality cleaning for the money they charge. Was told that in order for them to spend more time / attention to detail, I would have to pay more which makes no sense to me, that's not what I was told when I first signed up for this service. They gave me a price and said they would stay till the job is done. Now that's suddenly changed. For example, during their most recent cleaning they were in and out of my house within an hour. I'm not very messy but how can you possibly clean thoroughly like that?
