We had our 20-year old system repaired by Ken - he was efficient and professional and had us up and running in no time. Our experience was so good that we ended up going back to Allison Air to quote a new HVAC system a couple of months later. Steve provided a thorough quote and explained the options and his recommendations - he offered information and no pressure. We met with several other contractors, but our decision was clear and we went with Allison Air. Katie took care of our scheduling and paperwork - everything went smoothly. Albert, Manny, and Ken installed our new system. They are obviously very experienced and work together like a well-oiled machine. Taking Steve’s recommendations on what to purchase worked out perfectly - our new system was tailored to fix our air flow issues and now we are very comfortable in every room. Called Allison to schedule maintenance for my unit, which I had not maintained since buying the property over 14 yrs ago. Victor made my appointment happen promptly and professionally (manager was out of the office at that time). He went through the system, which I thought would need a lot never having being maintained by me, and came back with an extremely fair price to keep my system going strong. I am more than happy with this company's service and they will be who I call for any of my HVAC needs in the future. Also apparently they were the ones that installed the 18 year old system to begin with(2005). So I guess they install new systems with the utmost integrity and care for long term use in harsh environments.

I have been using this company for years. Steve, the owner is excellent and he employs the best people to do the job. I have had many services done by them. They installed my new air ducts and new heating and air system, as well as my air purifier. Their Techs are knowledgeable, very polite and do a great job. If you call them you will probably be speaking to Katie. She is great to work with ; she does all the scheduling and helps you with any of your service needs. This company goes above and beyond to help you with getting your heating and air up and running. They are THE BEST!

Used Allison a few years back when we had a leak. They did a great job! Had them come out for basic maintenance today Tech Victor was extremely polite and professional did a great job. AC even colder then before. Price very reasonable. I Definitely recommend Allison!

The inspection was thorough, and I truly appreciated that he took the time to explain everything in a clear and honest way. We recently did a project to remove a wall so that we have an open concept common areas. Since the wall was load bearing, our new large beam took all the space up to the flooring for the 2nd floor, cutting off heating route in our common areas. This left us with no heating in the common areas. The contractor was not willing to meddle into it and asked we hire HVAC expert. We called for a few bids and the person that came in for quotes did not seem to have experience doing the actual work and quoted us thousands of dollars which we were not willing to pay as we have already spent a lot on the project at hand. Then, came Kevin from Frinj Energy, a simple, humble, professional individual who thoroughly impressed us. His proposed solution was so simple, out of the box and was within our budget of less than $800. We hired Kevin and he came on time as scheduled and completed the work without any fuss. Unlike other vendors that were trying to sell us solutions based on what's in the market, Kevin custom built boxes that fit exactly in the limited space we have as nothing in the market would have worked well in our situation. His work has been top notch. He even came back a second time to fit the vents and seal it after the drywall was done. Unlike other vendors / contractors who may have ignored your call after the full payment, Kevin picked up all our calls and was always curteous. Our common areas have been ice cold even before the wall removal project. After Kevin did his magic, our home is for once nice and warm. We highly recommend Kevin. We wish our contractors and handymen were like Kevin. He is our go to person for any HVAC work from hereon. Whatever we say, will not justify how happy and delighted we are to have discovered a gem like Kevin. In our eyes, he is the best!

Glad I chose this company to install my new AC. My AC went down and Kevin and his crew came asap to install a whole new system. They did an awesome job and charged me much less than other companies. Would definitely hire them again!

My air conditioning unit stopped working and I called Kevin based on a reference. Kevin and Mike showed up an hour later and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything, really nice guys. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I highly recommend Frinj Energy Heating and Air. Kevin was super patient with me calling multiple times before deciding to book. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, and performed expert work for a very fair price. We ultimately had both our furnace and a/c unit replaced but were given different options as well as pros and cons. We are very satisfied with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services for any hvac needs!

A/C went out on a Friday, called Frinj Energy Saturday morning. Kevin came out.that afternoon diagnosed the problem and had a quote to replace the cooling system plus additional ductwork before he left. I had two other contractors submit quotes and Kevin had them both beat. I called to arrange the install and they started the next morning and I had cool air the day after that.
Kevin addressed all of my concerns regarding the prior unit's inefficiencies and the layout of our home. This system is spot on, couldn't be happier with the entire process and outcome.

Also, they offer third party financing, right now it's 12 months no interest and super easy to apply.

Kevin was amazing and very thorough with explaining the issues that our AC system was having. I appreciated him making time to come the same day. He’s very cautious about covering his shoes which I really appreciated. I will definitely recommend him and I will use him in the future if need be.

Kevin, is your ultimate Heating and AC contractor. We had a lot of work done and he was the ultimate professional. He was prompt, responsive, thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and solved all of our needs. He gave us great pricing and great service and we are very happy with his work. Kevin had been out a couple times previously to the inevitable. Then we were in a bit of a bind with our A/C quickly dying during one of the hottest days of the year. We called Kevin and he was able to replace our system MUCH quicker than we could have hoped for. He did a great job, finished it quickly and for a very competitive price. Everyone should call him whenever they need work on their HVAC system.

They went above and beyond in fixing, repairing and helping me install a brand new A/C and Heating system in my house. Kevin was able to find out quickly what the problem was with my A/C not working, educated me on my home, and showed me how to diagnose problems in the future. Our AC quit working just a few days after coming home with a newborn baby. We reached out to Kevin and his team in the evening, and got a near immediate response from Kevin despite him being at a family function.

He was on time the next morning and quickly identified the issues with our system, and had an itemized invoice over to us before lunch. Parts needed to be ordered so we scheduled the install for a couple of days later. Kevin and his team showed up on time, were nothing but professional, and were able to finish the installation faster than their estimate.

I called him on a Monday morning at 8am and he was to my house by 9:30 am. I live 30 miles from his location but he was right there to access my heaters problem. He needed to order parts which he did as soon as he left my house. The parts came in the next morning and he was to my house by 1:00
