Casita Heating and air is very efficient and professional. My heating system had broken down and I was told it's so old that parts are almost non existent by one repair company. Casitas came in, repaired the system, they had the parts in their work van. They explained the problem and each step of the repair process and associated costs. It was such a pleasant and hassle free experience. They also offered same day service if I had been available. Thank You!

Woke up with no cold air blowing. I googled local AC companies online and messaged about 6. Casita Air responded within minutes and was at my home within 1 hour. The other 6 companies I reached out to never responded. The gentleman who came was very polite and professional. He explained everything as he was doing it. It turned out our capacitor was bad. He measured the voltage and showed me that it was bad. After he replaced the capacitor with a new one, he once again showed me the voltage and showed me that it was working. I was very impressed with the overall service. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions. Definitely recommend to all.

Of course my AC stopped blowing cold on one of the hottest days of the year! Thankfully I found a referral for this company from a neighbor. I gave them call and Ricardo answered right away on a holiday nonetheless! That in itself is rare. It seems I can never get a business to answer the phone during business hours and often have to leave multiple messages before getting a call back.
I explained my issue to Ricardo, he gave the cost upfront to troubleshoot the issue and said he can come & address the problem the next morning! I was so happy considering how hot it was and it being the holiday.
The next morning he came prompt and immediately got to work troubleshooting the issue. What I loved though is that he took his time showing me the problem and explaining the why's and hows. This immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Working with someone new is always nerve-wracking for me.
He not only fixed the problem by replacing a part he had on hand, but he also went above and beyond and looked at all the maintenance areas and took the temperature inside my vent!
His pricing was so reasonable for the work he did and I would highly recommend this company!
I'm so happy I have a new HVAC person I can call for my home and definitely refer others too.

Kyle did an excellent job repairing my heater that was only disposing cold air. He did a thorough job guiding throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. Awesome service!

I will utilize this Company again for all of my air conditioning and heating needs! The scheduler and technician treated me with respect, answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, May 2022 visit I was informed of a major price increase for a yearly maintenance contract. I will solicit other quotes to verify they are in line with market rates. But, note that I am not looking to change.

The technicians from Total Comfort were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whereas two other companies told me that my four year old unit (still under warranty) needed to be fully replaced for thousands of dollars, Total Comfort was able to get my heat working on the spot and ordered the part to fix my air conditioner (which they'll be doing in two days) all at great savings to me. I'm grateful and will be calling you only in the future whenever necessary. Thanks guys!

Technician was very professional and nice. Everything went ok. They have to order a part which is under warranty but I felt the labor is awfully high to replace part. $449. Not too impressed with Carrier heaters. It’s only a year and a half old. Had to have it repaired last winter and now it won’t turn on this year. And we don’t use it that much.

Pros: This company is responsive, provided timely service, and has professional technician. I received quality customer service overall.

Cons: My AC capacitor needs to be replaced. Their price is a staggering 10x more than the capacitor’s price online. That price is really unreasonable considering the process of replacing the capacitor is “very easy”. I ended up ordering the part online and replaced it myself.

The initial installation of our new HVAC system was nicely completed and so I want to make sure this is noted.

After three months, we have our first issue and my wife made multiple calls today to their call center and there have been no return calls made on this company's behalf. So much for customer service... :(

If only we could be treated like we were upon installtion day, that would be appreciated. Five stars for installation, but after that not so sure. Given the fact that they have a 4 8 rating, maybe i am just the bad exception.

Paid for their air/heating/plumbing maintenance annual plan in June and had an appointment. They were a no call no show. Called to complain, they set me up another appointment two weeks later. I called the day before to confirm the appointment, but again, they did not have me down and said they don't do maintenance in July or August....
Went to call and cancel, get my money back, and they had an opening the next day. Magic. The tech came out, checked the unit, refilled the Freon, used the hose to clean the fan, checked inside furnace, turned on the AC, and seemed to be running fine....
Until he left. AC started blowing warm air. It got to 82° and we called to see what he did, maybe forgot to hit a switch or something. Came out the next day, and wouldn't you know it....the compressor magically died. Luckily, was still under warranty, just not the labor. He had to shut the unit down so the Freon would not leak and explode until the new part came in.
Almost two weeks later, the 4 ton compressor came in, and the install took place. Hot and sweaty nights were over, and almost $1500 later, the AC was back up and running.
Coincidence? Guess we'll never know....

Everyone we dealt with was very professional. They were able to send a tech out within 24 hours of our call coming off and crazy Heatwave. Randy was able to repair our A.C. unit when 2 other companies would only suggest complete replacement. Big Thanks to Randy and the team for going the extra mile to make our family cool and comfortable again.

Wow, we had an amazing experience with KYLE W. at Total Comfort. Kyle was able to diagnose the problem with our downstairs AC quickly and fix the problem in less than 1 hour. It was affordable, quick and super easy! Thank you again Kyle for your professionalism and knowledge! Great customer service!

Last week my ac unit broke. I was out of town but my wife was home with my new born baby. I called total comfort. They came out fixed my ac unit the same day. I felt really comfortable with them. The dispatcher gave me the name of the technician who was coming ahead of time. The technicians and installers all have ID badges. My wife was happy and she trusted them. Now a days its really hard to trust contractors but with Total comfort they made it seem like they were part of the family. Matt was the technician who got my unit up and running. Omar was great on the phone. I highly recommend Total comfort anyone who is in need of repairs or service.

I had my A/C repaired and thermostat replaced. My technician was so nice and friendly. It's always a pleasure working with the Total Comfort associates.

My AC went off during the heat wave and they got me a 10am appointm3nt to fix it, the tech got there at 9:30am and fixed it in about an hour! He was very knowledgeable and honest and the price was very good! Highly reccomend!

Total Comfort Inc.and their staff are awesome!! My A/C went out at 2 pm on a very hot summer day. I called Total Comfort, spoke with Christina who was extremely nice and helpful. Christina worked with her crew and was able to squeeze my repair in same day. Kyle from Total Comfort showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue and went to work to fix my A/C unit and cool my house down again. Being that it is summer and I called late in the day, I am super grateful to the entire team at Total Comfort for helping me and my family out. I called several places when my AC went out and Total comfort was the only one that was able to come out to my house within a 24 hour period. The technician, Randy G, was very thorough and professional. I felt comfortable with his suggestions and not like he was just trying to sell me unnecessary parts. He was able to get my unit working again that very same day and give me suggestions on how to keep my unit running more efficiently . I found Total comfort to be professional, reliable, reasonable and trustworthy. I definitely will be calling them in the future for any needed work.

During this awful heatwave, I got an appointment within 24 hours. Michael was here on time and was very professional and courteous.
