Tech was late, he was in my opinion sloppy & careless in my home. They scheduled me for a tune up however while he was there just looked at my unit and said I only needed a filter.

I had intermittqent that blows on and off cold air, Rob able to figure out the problem. Replaced the parts in few minutes. Excellent job .

Right now I would stay away from this business. The contractor license is expired. Also the communication is bad. I’m waiting for a refund but getting ignored. I signed up for the maintenance plan and didn’t get the 2nd part of the service.
