We called as a follow-up to our warranty service call and were told that they would be out in an hour and a half. They were even faster than that and after a quick check up were able to diagnose and fix our issue within about 30 minutes. The technician explained important things about our system that we didn't know and was extremely helpful and professional.

Go figure had confidence in Total Comfort only to find out their technicians damaged AC equipment and reconstructed our system which resulted in poor performance. Ask techs to take pictures of their work. Just be careful. Their costs are much higher than others in our area. Do your homework. I tried working Total Comfort and they were not open to assisting at the time. Cost to fix would have been $7K.

The service technician arrived within the specified window. We have been having builder issues with our new construction AC unit. Total Comfort has been really easy to work with. The office staff is really responsive and the tech was really friendly and professional.

Outstanding service. Easily set up an appointment to get an estimate for a new water heater. Technician was able to do the install same day and completed the whole installation in a few hours. Everyone I talked to at Total Comfort was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

We have had the honor of working with Total Comfort over the last 5 years and thankful that we have been able to find such an exceptional business. The company that installed our AC years ago, is out of business, it was a father and son business that ended when the son was in a major accident... so we have since used Total Comfort. They have serviced our AC more then once, checked the zones and help reset things as needed. We recently used them again and we had quick service, everyone was super polite, truthful and straight to the point. No one has ever tried to push sales or overprice service. If you need help with your AC or other, my husband and I strongly recommend giving Total Comfort a call and let them help! We have never had bad service with them and they keep open communication. My technician was on time and very professional. He used booties each time he came in and out of the house. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing and gave me the price for the repairs for my approval. He went above and beyond, making sure our air conditioning system was working properly before he left. I highly recommend Total Comfort. After some time trying to spot the issue, they finally sent more experienced professionals to investigate issues with my HVAC and they could find out the problem and fixed it. Now the HVAC is running fine.

Service was great and fast. However when I asked for a report as to what was done by the technician, what was checked, the status of the equipment he inspected, etc… nothing was provided. They followed up with me the next day regarding payment so I followed up with the report request again and they ensured that I would get it. It’s been 2 weeks now and nothing has been sent to me. No follow up by them after the fact.

Kyle from Total Comfort is outstanding! After numerous technicians tried to fix my heater, Kyle was able to diagnose and repair the issue in no time. He was prompt, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly to myself and my daughter. Wanted to give a big thank you to Josue! Moved into a new construction home and unfortunately have had a few issues related to HVAC. Our builder has sent out Total Comfort, we've had different techs all have been fine but Josue has been the best. He's worked to figure out some strange issues, on his second visit he was kind enough to handle our after hours call and fix our issue. So a big thank you to him, we are considering purchasing the warranty they provide or the annual Maintenance special and will be requesting Josue to perform our services. He really is one of the best with his knowledge, friendliness, and determination to fix the issue correctly.

Total Comfort has been the best hvac company we have ever worked with. They set up a Zone system in our house and came back as we needed adjustments and it was set up perfect. Carlos was our main contact and he was so nice and understanding and always worked with us until we were happy.

HVAC stopped blowing air through the vents even though it's running. Found out blower is broken. Replacement was available and Ricardo got it installed the next day.

The technician Ricardo Montenegro provided an excellent job, allocated the problem and repaired it while thinking and planning for a backup repair plan if original plan does not work.
