I have been using Rob for a while on different properties. He is always easy to get a hold of, always on time and of course professional. He always saves me money where can so I would totally recommend this guy to everyone!

Rob came out to check our AC unit and he was very informative. We had 3 quotes prior and we didn't get nearly as much information as we did with him. We are very appreciative of him fixing our AC unit during the heat wave.

We had a power surge due to faulty Tesla equipment that blew out both of our ac units and thermostats attached to the units at which point we contacted Steady Air to take a look and help access and repair the damage. This tech who came out was well versed in dealing with what was going on diagnosed the problem and repaired it.

The following day Teslas techs showed up to run diagnostics on their equipment which fried my entire circuit board in both units and I once again called steady air for help they made time to fit us in their schedule and the same tech who came the first time came the second and was a tremendous help getting us up and running again. I highly recommend this company they will go above and beyond and ensure the job is done right.

I am beyond grateful for the services and timely response of this company. I was literally suffering through this heatwave and I have medical conditions that make it literally impossible to breathe when it is hot indoors. I was up at 2am sick and reached out via google. He called me first thing in the morning to provide assistance and got the unit up and running later that day. When I tell you I literally jumped for joy once I heard the unit work and felt the cool air and I’m still enjoying it now! Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommended.

We used this company thru our Home Serve protection. We pay monthly insurance to cover items like the Air Conditioning plus other items. Home Serve originally sent out another company and that technician that came out. When the that tech came out he said our A/C was totally done and needs to be replaced. He dropped the ball and never told the company about our issues and left the company. We had to call back to find out what was going on. They had to start over and sent out another tech. He determined part of the problem was the electrical disconnect. That needed to be fixed first before the A/C could be properly diagnosed. An electrician came out and stated the disconnect was fine. So then we finally had Rob from Steady Air, Inc. come out. He stated what the 2nd tech said that the disconnect was faulty. Rob had the parts and the know how to replace the disconnect. These parts were not covered under our warranty at a cost of about $300. Once this was fixed we ran the A/C and then it was determined the fan motor was bad. He had that motor on his truck and he replaced immediately. The A/C has been running great and just before this big heatwave hit. Thank you Rob from Steady Air., Inc.

I used this company to repair/service both my old heating and air conditioning systems . The technician, Rob, is HONEST, neat, and shows up when scheduled. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in performing his work. He tries to keep costs down where possible, and DOES NOT try to sell unwanted/unneeded services. Honest, honest did I mention honest. I called Rob for an estimate to replace my A/C and furnace on a Sunday. The same day Rob shows up. Rob looks at both and said to me that he can fix it.

All other companies gave me quotes to fix or replace between $6k and $24k. I was getting an upset stomach.

Rob fixed my A/C for $250.00.

I asked about maintenance, Rob made me a great deal. Let me just say that Rob made my equipment look brand new and he will keep it working by coming to the house twice a year.

Basically, Rob did NOT try to sell me anything.

The office is manned by an extremely competent, personable, considerate young lady named Julie who sets appointments, answers questions, sends appt. reminders 2 days in advance, and calls if there are any delays. After getting a quote of $800 to fix our A/C, we thought we would get another opinion.
Rob was our technician, he called ahead of time to let us know he was on the way, showed up on time, and got to work diagnosing our problem.
He was relentless in finding our issue. After rewiring another company’s mistake, he found that we simply had a short in our attic. He was professional, honest and thorough.
They definitely have earned our future business.

Rob at Steady Air Inc. did such an amazing job with installing our new unit. There were some snags (aren't there always?!) and Rob was able to fix and instal everything without adding to the original quoted price. Rob showed up for an estimate and was on time. Very thorough inspection of our equipment in the attic and detailed plan to replace our system. He had a competitive quote and wasn't price gouging like other local large advertised companies.

On July 07. 2024 my HVCA compressor went out. I informed Rob that my compressor is covered under my Goodman warranty however after reviewing my invoice. I reach out to Rob and asked why is there a charge of $ 2359.32 for a compressor that is covered under my warranty. He first tired to tell that he did not install one unitl I reminded he if the text messages trail for communication.
As of now I still having not received any response back from Rob in regards to this issue as well as where the paperwork for the new compressor. Very disappointed.

Our furnace stopped working and with the cold weather coming and small kids in the home I needed someone who knew what they were doing. Rob was the technician who came to our house and he was courteous and professional. He was very informative and didn't mind me asking lots of questions. Overall, he was able to fix the issue and our furnace is working better than ever. Thanks Rob. Now we have a warm and comfortable home again.
