I had Christy or Britney, I forgot her name, check out my existing AC system on Friday evening. I was expecting a follow up regarding my quote on Monday but no response. I called the office on Tuesday to check for a status and I was told someone will reach out to me.

As expected no answer or information on my quote for a new system. This is becoming a common response from the local AC installers around my area. Communication here is the same as Magnolia A/C.

Paul, Anthony and Ray are all very responsive and knowledgeable. Very high quality individuals.

After being told my AC was unrepairable by another company in the middle of the heat wave, Andrew of RC fixed it in minutes for a reasonable fee.

Technician that came was very helpful and got work done he explains everything great and he was very useful thanks to him now I know how to use my AC

Brittany came out to service my old system. While a previous HVAC technician from a different company told me my system was shot and that I needed a new system, Brittany got it running! I rarely use my heater or AC so I’m glad I didn’t have to get a new system. Brittany is professional, thorough, polite, and trustworthy. She does her job well. I referred RC to friends and told them to ask for Brittany!

They did a great job getting our AC working again! They use quality American made parts and warranty their work. Hopefully no more issues for us, but would gladly call them back if we do.

Family owned, local business. Anthony was fantastic. He took great care in explaining the “why” behind what was going on and what could be an issue down the road. Very honest, very genuine, no upsell tactics. Everything he said made sense. I will never call another HVAC vendor. These guys went above and beyond. Very fair price as well.

I had an issue with my AC unit in the 100 degree heat. RC Air came out on the same day and fixed my A.C. with very good pricing and the tech made no attempt to price gouge. Thank you for being professional and having good quality.I will refer your Co. to anybody I know that has AC issues!

Roy is a great guy! He came over same day, was on time, professional, and super helpful. He was super honest and didnt try to upsell at all which is nice. Highly recommend this company! We will only use RC Air in the future.

Rc Air did a full air conditioning and furnace replacement after my other one burnt out. They were thorough and extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure the new system worked well. They took the time to explain everything so I had a good understanding of what I was getting. If you want honest and great service I would recommend them any day.

RC Air responded quickly to my distress phone call regarding my AC failure ( when it was 109 degrees). They were prompt, efficient , very friendly and didn’t leave until they were sure the AC was working well.

I’m the owner of Lil Lollypop Preschool in Buena Park. My AC was out this morning, and by 8:00 a.m today he left us as cool as can be. I called R/C Air conditioning and asked them to come and take a look at my Air Conditioning and was blown away by how excellent the service was. The gentleman that helped me, Roy, was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the issue to me very clearly and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone dependable for their A/C repair issues.
