Sohn did an amazing detailed job installing a new expansion tank, a Phyn leak detector, new home PRV, and home shutoff valve. He worked tirelessly until fully completed the job.

Kevin and Ivan are the best! On time. Professional. Nice guys too! Did a great job and were a pleasure to have working on my plumbing.

Michael Melton came out to do a maintenance service & tune up on our furnace. I went up in the attic with him, and he was very comfortable showing me all of his findings. I watched him disconnect & take out the blower motor, and guess what?? The original installers put the paper manufactures booklet under the blower motor (20 years ago), and left it there!! Michael said this is very dangerous, bc this is obviously a highly flammable area!! Just for the record, I had an HVAC tech come out & service the furnace 2 years ago, and he obviously did NOT do the level of maintenance that Michael did. I’m feeling pretty fortunate that the paper booklet didn’t catch.fire & burn down our house!! Thank you to Michael & Lucky Air!

I hired Lucky Air & Plumbing to perform preventive maintenance on all 30 of the HVAC units in my building, and they’ve been completely transparent throughout the entire process. They’ve proven to be far superior to the previous company I used.

Not only do they deliver exactly what they promise, but I’ve also had a few emergency situations, and they’ve responded even after hours. Their professionalism and commitment have really made a difference — I highly recommend them.

Michael from Lucky Air did thorough job of inspecting and advising on our 6 year old Lennox HVAC System, with photos and walk through off his inspection steps. Was the most comprehensive review we’ve ever had. Michael was knowledgeable and courteous and appreciate Michael and Lucky Air. Inspection is included in our annual VIP service with up to 3 visits per year.

We purchased an annual servicing agreement with Lucky Air and scheduled the following day for a service technician to come out and service our Attic unit and outside Fan. When they showed me

The ducts were caked & clogged with so much crap I was in shock. The ventilation was reduced to less than 1/2 and for it to continue to even circulate air at all was unimaginable. . There was also aclarge amount of rust and mold around the copper fittings and pink insulation as a of result of the drip pan overflowing. This unit was only 9 years old!! Noah the service tech explained everything to me in terms that a jury would have no trouble understanding. We reconvened for the evening and I reached out to my sons for there take on the matter, we all reached the same verdict and it was unanimous. Replace the entire unit.
The following day the owner of Lucky Air met me to go over the cost of this new install. I did my homework and was prepared to haggle with the cost, if necessary.

I can monitor and adjust the home air or heat from Hawaii if needed, No more fighting with other members of the household that are too hot or too cold. It’s a game changer and the entire install comes with a 10year warranty on the equipment and a 2year warranty and satisfaction guarantee on the Labor for as long as I continued to maintain the servicing contract.
If you don’t have a current servicing contract for your homes air and heating investment. Get one! Lucky air will come out to your home 3 times a year to check your air, & heating units. I can’t stress enough how important it is. And it will save you so much money in the long run and with sacrificing your family’s comfort.

Payment was so easy , no more writing check and Lucky Air even have a 12-18 month no interest payment program with no prepayment penalty.

The best thing about this install was the clear communication about what was being done. The owner (Mike) took the time to come to our home to check on the install and answer the many question I had. His entire team was so professional and knowledgeable from Jessica in the office to the technicians, Noah, Ronnie, & David.
I never thought I would ever say this but I can’t wait for summer! Thankyou guys !!!

We have Lucky air and pluming come out to do service on our water heater we had a feeling since it was old we would have to replace it. Turns out we did they took the time going over the estimate explained all the work that needed to be done. Rickie was professional giving update as he went . Once he was done installing he went over the system with us explaining everything to us. In the future if we need work done we will be contacting them again

I noticed a leak in my garage and called Lucky Air and Plumbing. They came out the very next day, found a burst pipe, and within a day or two had a whole crew at my house to start repiping. I was blown away by how fast and organized they were, they finished the entire job in just two days!

Tommy, the project manager, was super helpful and explained everything clearly from start to finish. Frankie, who oversaw the crew, was kind, communicative, and always quick to respond to any questions. Every employee we met was friendly, respectful, and happy to walk us through the process.

Separately from the repiping, I also had them install a water softener. I was told it helps prevent hard water buildup, extends the life of the pipes, and even benefits your skin and hair, which made it an easy decision. The install was quick and seamless, just like everything else they did.

I really appreciated Lucky responding next day to our water heater issues and they were able to replace it on the spot. Rickie was friendly, explained the issues, and offered alternatives for us to consider. Also, I loved the text message updates and online invoicing.
Having expensive household maintenance issues is never fun, but the personnel at Lucky were kind and easy to deal with.

The annual subscription is well worth it. We just had our tankless water heater flushed. Our AC unit and heater is always up-to-date and working great thanks to routine maintenance that they provide.

I don’t post many reviews but I felt it was only right to leave this one.

I called 10 different companies on google to unclog and fix my dryer vent. I live in a manufactured home where all my vents and piping run under my house. After 9 companies denied my service, Lucky Air made it their purpose to service my home no matter what. Noah and David showed up, gave me a free estimate and after realizing my vent needed to be replaced, they worked with me on pricing and got the job done. No complaints, no hesitation. They were great people who work hard.

I highly recommend giving them a call whether it’s for dryer vents, AC, Plumbing, etc.

Dennis and David made a second trip to trouble shoot an issue that may or may not have been related to their initial service, done by Ronnie, who was very nice. Most companies would not have done this. Ronnie, Dennis, and David were all very friendly and helpful - honestly, the communication and customer service of this company is rare these days, so if you want quality work, I would go with this company. Edit - company came out a 3rd time.and John, the Project Manager on Plumbimg.was great too. Honestly, I have not dealt with a nicer company in years. Thank you again!

Lucky Air & Plumbing went truly above and beyond for our family. They repaired a broken main water line over a two-day period in the middle of mud and rain, and did so with professionalism, determination, and incredible expertise.

Dennis and Rick worked tirelessly on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day to make sure we had running water in our home—something we will never forget. They didn’t just do the job; they went the extra mile at every turn, even while having to compensate for a water district that misdiagnosed the issue and provided no hands-on help, which ultimately created more work for Lucky Air & Plumbing.

Despite all of this, the team handled everything with skill and grace. The expertise of Dennis and Rick was absolutely incredible, and Michael oversaw the entire project to ensure everything was done the right way.

Best plumbing experience Ive had out of 4 plumbing companies. Shon was very knowledgeable and able to get our shut off valve connected in no time. The quality of the work was better than I had hoped for and took my concerns into consideration. I will happily reccomend to family and friends! 5/5 stars!!!

Mr. Cosme Hernandez from Lucky Air was our technician. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He was respectful of our home as he placed shoe covers on his feet when he entered my home. He had my a/c fixed in a matter of less than an hour. I was expecting to pay for a new system costing $6000.00, however, he was able to fix our unit for less than 1/10 of this price.

After a condominium HVAC blow out that resulted in a flood, we had to replace the entire system. I have to say that I am grateful for the service that was given to us from Lucky! I was all anxious about having to hire a company I didn’t know and Mike the owner was the one who helped us out and showed us exactly what needed to be done. I did not feel any pressure but instead relief! They had it all done within a day. There was no mess and it was done right, so far so good. 🍀

I got my self in a troubling situation with another HVAC company that lasted a month. I called Lucky Air and literally within 30 minutes my HVAC was fixed!!!! They have the most knowledgeable techs in the industry in my opinion. They always remain very professional and accommodating. Michael was my tech today and he is so knowledgeable about what he is doing. He literally offered to clean out the soot in my fireplace from burning fires to stay warm. He had my unit problem figured out and fixed in 30 minutes I was so happy!!! If you need HVAC repair or replacement I highly recommend you give them a call. They installed my unit 11 years ago and the same experience then. Not only are they reliable professional and accommodating they are also honest!!! Sincerely a forever loyal customer!
