Omit was very communicative and professional! He not only addressed the main problem, but took extra time to explain to me how to properly maintain our system. As a new homeowner, I found his service both excellent and informative.

Omit did an excellent job immediately assessing the issue and providing us with details to help understand the root cause. After some back and forth, we were able to get the correct folks scheduled to resolve the issue and get our heating turned on & worked.

Umar did an excellent job Servicing my AC unit changing filters and checking all my settings on my thermostat for me. He walked me through every step of what he did so I understood what and why he was doing things. It was a very pleasurable experience! I will definitely sign up for a service plan and stay with Airplus!

Umar Was very thorough in making sure he solved our issues with the heating system. Had a great experience with our technician, Omit. He called about 15 minutes before arrival, showed up right on time, and was incredibly friendly and polite. He walked us through everything he was doing, clearly knew his stuff, and handled the repair quickly. Everything ended up being covered under our warranty, which was a huge relief. Really appreciate the professionalism and the great service.

Airplus installed 2 AC & 2 Furnace units for me. They also created a new return for better airflow.

I had 2 issues that needed to be resolved. 1) Airflow and 2) The noise from the condenser unit for the downstairs. Jose, an expert tech from Airplus was able to resolve the airflow issue. Nelson scheduled a Carrier tech to come out, diagnose & fix the excessive noise from the downstairs condenser. The carrier tech installed a noise dampening sleeve , which helped bring the noise levels down. I very much appreciate the service & support from AirPlus. I would recommend them for both residential & commercial HVAC work. Their customer service sets them apart from the rest.

Omit R. From Airplus was here to clean the blower on our HVAC so the motor does not burn out. He was professional and quick. It took about 1 hour He was friendly and helpful. This cleaning is generally needed every 3-5 years so call Omit. Happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.

Umar did a great job maintaining our ac. He also cleaned and blow out drain from the attic to prevent water damage to the house. Recommend Airplus for your HVAC maintenance.

Anthony is a very thorough and professional HVAC technician. We had an issue with our system and he worked hard to resolve it, going through all the checks and trying to troubleshoot and solve and get our system operational. He did that, and explained everything and we appreciate his efforts.

Very pleased with this company and their employees! They were incredibly helpful and quick getting our ac installation scheduled. Definitely recommend them and Bryant was amazing! Could not have asked for a better person to come and explain all the technical stuff.

Maximus was really great. I appreciate his friendliness and how knowledgeable he was. While disconnecting my washer/dryer, he showed me the lint that was starting to build up and educated me on routine maintenance I should do every 2-3 years to make sure lint doesn’t back up in the hose. He also scheduled the reconnect for Friday at 3 pm. I’m very happy with the service he gave me.

Connor was amazing, very helpful, informative, and took the time to patiently explain the issue my husband and I were experiencing in regards to a leak of our main water line pipe. He was also very thorough in responding to all my questions, and helped me reassured that we were in good hands. I sure hope Goettle treats this guy and their employees well, because he and the project manager I spoke to were very kind, understanding, and clearly showed that they put service of their customers first. I also appreciated the financing options that both had reviewed with me. It shows they were about getting the job done right, not just about gouging me for the price. You guys rock. Thank you.

Zach was amazing. Someone called in sick and he drove two hours just to keep the appointment and get our job done. He was extremely respectful and had a great energy throughout the repair. I would definitely recommend him again.

Called Goettl at 8AM to see if they have availability for same day service. Jarrett (technician) arrived a little after 9am. I explained, that I believed the capacitor needed to be replaced. He confirmed & replaced capacitor & made suggestion to add a Hard start kit (compressor saver). The price was more than I planned to spend. However, they did work with me & lowered the cost. You pay for knowledgeable & professional work. That was the case here. Having Peace of mind, knowing I was in good hands. Thank you Goettl !!!
