I really enjoyed Bryant’s service visit to our home. He was polite, professional and thoroughly explained everything he did to diagnose the problem with our furnace and the steps needed to fix the problem. It’s honestly been a long time since a service person did such a good job and was personable yet professional. A very nice young man who knows his stuff. I 100% recommend him.

Jacob did a fantastic job and was able to repair our AC fan motor the same day. He is a very professional and knowledgeable Technician. I appreciated the options given for the repair. I have had all great experience using Goettl for my AC and plumbing repairs.

Bryan came in and was very informative. and helped solve the problem right away. He even inspected around the house on the other drains and water heater to provide some insights on possible breakdowns. I really enjoyed having Goettl service my house and would absolutely call them again if services are needed. Bryan was phenomenal!

Jovaughn was great. He explained everything clearly and had a great sense of humor. I followed him around for part of the plumbing inspection and he seemed very knowledgeable. No big issues found, but he pointed out some minor issues and a larger issue with the water heater where it was not up to code. He gave recommendations to fix the main issue.

It was my first time calling for AC service with your company and I was not disappointed! Sergio did an excellent job! He quickly identified the problem, explained it to me and fixed it. They were prompt and resolved the issue with our A/C. They moved up our appointment to the same day for service! They were courteous and professional from the first call to the final invoice and kept me informed at every step.

They came to do the annual maintanance on my heater. First, they said they charge an extra $35 to change an $8 air filter. Other companies I have used before included filter change. Then their technician showed me a capacitor he had taken from my heater and told me that the capacitor on my heater needed to be changed for $250.00. I checked the capacitor proce online. it was $7.00. When I complained about the astronomical mark up, he said he will put it back in place and was done. He left the door on my vent open and the heater is no longer working. I had to call them back. they have promised they wiĺl be back tonight to put the heater in its original condition. Hope they do, cause it gets pretty cold at night. A TOTAL RIP OFF. Don't get misguided by their friendly advertisements.

We requested a gas furnace, and they put in an electric one.

Our bills are now all doubled. Winter we have to use electric to heat now, and the "savings" from our new, energy efficient unit, are non existent.

Now they're "no longer servicing Cali" so I guess we're just out of luck thousands more a year on electricity.. after spending THOUSANDS with them to replace our old one.

Technician Jarrett was amazing. Very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns. I did not feel pressured or rushed. He was very patient and respectful with me. I feel good about my purchase. If any questions come up I will contact Jarrett and most definitely recommend Goettl for ac services and or replacement. Thank you for your assistance.

Jay was amazing! He spoken to me in terms I will understand and broke everything down. It was the best experience I have ever experienced with a company. He never spoke down to me as a woman. It was my first time dealing with house things since my dad is unavailable to handle this kind of stuff due to his cancer diagnosis. He was honestly the best. Explained everything and gave me multiple options to what my problem. I highly recommend Jay Zepeda!

I like to wait to write reviews to make sure service lasts. It has. Hopefully I won’t need it anytime soon but Kevin was great, knowledgeable, clean and he would be who I’d request again for sure. Goettls appointment system is smooth and the notification of arrival is accurate and convenient.

The only downside was that I agreed to do a hydro jet that ended up not being needed which was good but I still got charged that price. I did sign the agreement for that service days before and I was very happy that Kevin did such a great job so I paid that price. Over 1K

First time service with Goettl. We were looking for routine maintenance and had a couple of other small concerns. First off their booking system was quick and simple and they had great availability. They even auto confirmed 2 times via text and a live person calls the morning of the appointment and gives you a better idea of when your tech will arrive. We got Oscar Cruz and he was awesome! When he finished the job before us we got an alert with real time eta’s which was great cause we prepped space for him and got animals put away which is easier without the new person already here. He told us about the service he was here for and made sure it matched our concerns, then asked for anymore questions or concerns which we told him a couple of things we had questions on. He began the service and did great with 2 nosey younger kids “supervising” his work. Once he moved inside he even had 2 Sadie stuffed animals and the iconic Goettl flashlights for the kids which made their day! Once completed inside he took the time to adresss his findings and our previous concerns. His knowledge on programs and processes was greatly appreciated. Once ready we will definitely get with him for future projects. You always here the commercials and think every company says they have the best of the best but Oscar was definitely one of the best tradesman we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Outstanding balance of knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness! Thank you Goettl and definitely thanks to Oscar for your service and hard work!

From the moment of making the appointment online I was being communicated to throughout the whole process. The water heater techs that also came out were extremely respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Goettl to anyone who needs this type of service.

Bryan did an excellent job. He addressed my problem very quickly. He went above and beyond and let me know about issues to take care of in the future. His insights were very valuable. He was very professional and I will contact him when an emergency presents itself.

It’s the tale of two different technicians months apart. 1st tech did a standard preventative maintenance on the heater system in the fall, stating my system is old and would need to be replaced but could not give me an estimated price, asked the tech to ball park it…I was told it’d be around 25k…but if I got the coil cleaned and another part replaced for a few hundred it would function better. Tech 2 entered the game yesterday and stated the system is about 10 years old but looks good…said nothing about needing a system replacement but was pushing a duct work cleaning for $1600 - I declined the service. The low star rating though is due to the fact that my outside unit now has at least one missing screw (are there more?) they use to advertise how they replaced missing screws…can’t take care of what you advertise you do…how do I trust you to do the upsell jobs correctly?

Junior was incredibly helpful, did an amazing job and was very efficient. Showed up right on time, was thorough, and fixed our AC perfectly! Highly recommend!

The Goettl technicians did an outstanding job - attention to detail was incredible. Every other company said the job couldn’t be done, but Goettl was able to do it…and at a reasonable cost.

I only gave it one star because I had too. April 3rd. we had them come down and evaluate our system.. Nothing was wrong with it.We just wanted to have it l look over. Alberto Vasquez came down.. He told us we needed two whole new systems and told us we had to relocate all our vents.He told me that he would be coming back with a dry wall man and electrician.. He told me we needed a whole new system for one side of the house and and another for other side. And he just told me that he came from.Simi valley showed me some pictures of big Box that he put in their garage. Talking about he could do the same thing to ours. I
Stopped him. Because I knew there was nothing wrong with our system.. "We'll NEVER EVER USE GOETTI"!. A manager contacted me and I let him know what this Technician had done. Just trying to make sales. I told him there was nothing wrong with our system, and we would not be doing business with them.We had another company come in. And told us it was Absolutely nothing wrong with our system, Which
we already knew, but we just wanted a second opinion. Also one of the gentlemen that came from the other company
Said he had worked for Goetti, And that was one of their practices. They even try to sells us parts for the system.That we also didn't need. So i'm posting this. Because I don't want anybody else o be flim flammed and taken advantage of by Alberto vasquez. Readers please BEWEAR! of this company
Also when I post my review, it looks ok when I finished. But when I go back in ( two times already) sentences don't make sense or are miss spelled.. "Weird"

Oscar was both professional and pleasant to deal with. When he was all done he welcomed me to the Sadie club 😂. My dog has claimed the stuffed dog, and these retro flashlights make a cool addition to my shop.
