I recently had the good fortune of hiring "Aced IT! Heating and Air Conditioning" for a complete overhaul of two HVAC systems for my house and Casita, and I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. The project was no small feat; it involved the removal and installation of two complete HVAC systems—one at a hefty 4 tons and the other 1.5 tons. One of the installations was particularly challenging, situated in an external casita, yet the team navigated this with challenging task with expertise and efficiency, keeping me apprise of the situation every step of the way.

From the onset, it was clear that "Aced IT!" is in a league of its own. Their professionalism is unmatched, demonstrating profound knowledge in their field, and showing the utmost respect for my property and personal needs. As someone with asthma, air quality isn't just a preference; it's a necessity. "Aced IT!" listened to my needs and helped me create a cost effecient yet effective system—an air scrubber, a state-of-the-art smart thermostat with air quality integrations, and a MERV16 filter were installed in addition to the two complete HVAC systems.

The installation process itself was a marvel of efficiency and cleanliness. The team was meticulous, ensuring that every aspect of the installation was perfect and leaving no trace of their work behind, and they even managed to perfectly match my external paint so that differences in the installation positions of the new and old units are not seen (in fact, things look better than ever). I called Aced It in the afternoon on a rainy Friday and asked of they had any technicians available for my rental home. The tenants were not able to get any heat when they turned on the furnace. Alex was very professional and nice and was able to send Marcus over to rental. After working a couple of hours on the FAU Marcus called to let me know the issues and the cost and they had the heater working by 7pm. My tenants were so thankful as well as I was too. i am very pleased with the communication and explanations of what needed repaired and diligence they had to get the heater working. The customer service was great!!!

Marcus was on time and prompt, serviced my unit and left the area clean as he found it. Went over the service and any recommendations needed. I have used Aced It in the past for repair and service and I will continue to use Caleb and his team when needed. The service was included with the repair that I had completed in 2025.

Normally, I do not write reviews, but in this case, I felt the need to write this one. My old AC unit was on its last leg, wasn't cooling my home, and it was the start of our current heatwave. My friend referred me to : Aced it! Cooling and Heating. The owner, Caleb, came out to my house and diagnosed my AC unit. He was extremely professional and provided several repair options and costs for me. When I decided to get a new cooling and heating unit, Caleb was very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. Caleb and another technician, Alex D., came to my residence, removed the old unit, and installed my new unit without any complications. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB!!

They were very respectful in my home ( laying drop clothes, wearing disposable shoe covers, and cleaning up after themselves).

My family and I could not be more pleased/happy to have this awesome new unit.

We had a company that did the original installation and provided service. When called after the main furnace was failing, the service provider inspected and said it needed to be replaced. For a second opinion I called Aced it and Caleb inspected and said only the controller needed replacing. He installed a NEST and it has been working perfectly for over two years. When we do replace we will definitely use Aced It. Currently skiing so I can monitor NEST when away.

From start to finish we were very pleased with the customer service, quick response and professionalism we received.

Marcus the technician did such a great job diagnosing and explaining the problem, with added proof of pictures of what has taken place. To our surprise, we discovered a mold issue that we knew needed to be dealt with ASAP!

Once the work was completed, we saw pictures of the work completed which was very reassuring to us.

I had two experiences with Aced it! Company. On Wednesday, they assess the problem in my home and had to come back on the following Friday! They figured out that I had a huge problem and were able to fix it! My dryer’s exit vent had disconnected and they did repairs and cleared the vent! Pictures connected have how bad my vent was and in the final pictures you see a light finally coming through! They also put anchor straps to ensure that it did not happen again! Amazing company! I will definitely use them again!

We decided to get a completely new system, and I’m glad we did. The whole team is fantastic! Caleb, Alex, Arturo, and everyone else at Aced It! is awesome! They did such a stellar, quality job and made everything look great (you’ll see the before and after). Our old unit was on its last bit of life, not to mention other things with our furnace, but everything is top-notch now (and quiet). I said it once and I’ll say it again, you just cannot go wrong with Aced It!

Alex did a great job diagnosing our furnace issue and was very honest and straightforward throughout the process. He handled the warranty claim, picked up the part, and got everything fixed quickly. I really appreciated his professionalism!

Excellent company; we recently had a new air conditioning system installed in our home. Caleb guided me through all the systems and presented us with various options. We chose 2 zone Mitsubishi split system.

My HVAC went out completely. We had no heat. Aced It came in and fixed my air conditioner in my attic, brought it up to code, but that’s not all. The rest of the logistics was handled a very competent company that works with them. They managed all the paperwork, including the permit and HVAC certification.

What impressed me the most was the level of commitment they showed in their work. So much so that they were at my home, with a ladder for the building inspector, ready to answer any questions he might have had. I wasn’t expecting that. In the past, it was up to me to show the inspector the completed work and get the sign off.

In short, their work was great, and customer service was top notch. So, I highly recommend their services.

I was impressed at how quickly he returned my call and then showed up on time after we had made an appointment. I was also very impressed with his presentation and then again with his pricing, I did shop around with a few other companies before meeting with Caleb and chose to do business with Aced It.
He showed up on install day with all the equipment and got right to work. He and his employees arrived clean and just like Caleb they were very polite and concerned about doing the best job possible. It’s been 6 months since they installed my new furnace and A/C units .

The Aced It! team works meticulously, respectfully, and cleanly, delivering the job on time and to a high standard. If the customer isn’t completely satisfied, neither is Caleb. And in the rare event something does go amiss, he’s quick to correct it. He has got to be one of the last good guys left.

Suffice it to say that in the 40 years I’ve been a homeowner and a landlord, I’ve never encountered contractors who work as hard and demand as much excellence from themselves as Caleb and his crew.

My wish for him is that Aced It! puts all the other HVAC companies within a 60-mile radius out of business.
