I can not thank ACED IT enough! We just got our brand new AC unit installed and man is this thing a beauty! After getting quotes of outrageous number we did some research and came across ACED IT we called and they scheduled an appointment right away. Caleb came over sat us down and explained the whole process, answered every question & was very honest/informative throughout the whole thing. He went over all our options and helped us find something in our price range you could tell he had our best interest and was just a money grab trying to up sell us. I can not refer them enough, Caleb, Alex and the whole team are awesome! This whole process was easy and stress free. If you’re looking for an honest/ awesome work make sure you check them out!

It was a pleasant experience to have Marcus (Austin came with him too) come over to tune-up our AC unit. The job was done thoroughly and professionally. Marcus explained all the work he has done and answered all of my questions, and brought to my attention a couple of caring practices which the previous technician (not from AcedIt) should have brought up a long time ago. There were honest evaluations and recommendations to consider but no pressure selling. Austin did a great job washing condenser coils, they even courteously washed my second unit while on the wait. Thank you both! And I also want to say thank you to Melanie and Caleb for patiently working with me for my appointment with my fluctuating schedule, and the pricing given was very reasonable.

Marcus did a great job maintaining my heat pump. He checked all electrical and diagnosed my stat defective and replaced it. He cleaned my heat pump and even hosed down my yard! Thanks Marcus!

It’s nice to have somebody really know what they’re talking about. Didn’t have to take a bunch of crap apart hooked up his machine which nobody else could do without taking everything apart Bam Bam thank you ma’am. He was gone very, very please with their work.

I was very impressed with this company. My HVAC broke during the heat wave this summer. I thought I was screwed in finding an honest company to come out quick enough. I randomly found Aced It online and saw the good reviews so I decided to take a chance. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and got me a technician out the SAME DAY! Marcus was the technician that arrived and diagnosed my problems right away. He was able to find the appropriate parts that I needed. He did a lot of research and searching around and I was surprised he found the parts given that my unit is very old. He picked them up and brought them over the VERY NEXT DAY and repaired everything. He also provided maintenance and cleaned out my inside and outside unit, showed me photos of everything he was working on and did a great job explaining everything for my understanding. He was absolutely wonderful! I feel lucky that I found this company and plan to use them for my annual HVAC maintenance. I highly recommend and I’m very appreciative.

In addition to selecting components for a new heat pump system he revised parts of the existing system to maximize its efficiency. He brought a 4-man crew and completed the installation in one day. I can not even begin to express how thankful I am for finding this company. Service was spectacular, the technician was thorough and detailed. They explained every step of what they were doing. I even got updates as to when the technician would arrive; talk about punctuality. Their prices are affordable in comparison to other companies and we had the option of financing. We had to replace our furnace. I have not seen this level of customer service for quite some time. Thank you Caleb, you and your team are nothing short of amazing!

We had an emergency electrical shortage that left our disconnect enflamed and AC unit shot. Aced It! was incredibly communicative through the Thumbtack app, assuring us that they’d be able to take care of everything or refer us to a technician if it was beyond their scope. Their tech, Marcus, arrived the very next day, ran a full diagnostic, and walked us through three options. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but his follow-through work “aced it.” Our AC was up and running in a couple hours, and he went above and beyond by cleaning several components he could have simply left untouched. When our 25-year-old system needs a complete renovation, I’ll immediately connect with Aced It! Marcus even explained that prior repair costs through their company can be credited toward larger, more exhaustive repairs. Our family couldn’t be more thankful for the AC being back on tonight.

The service was very well explained and executed. They weren't pushy and didn't try to up sell something I didn't need and gas a nice variety of options. If I have future HVAC work I will definitely use them again.
