Marcus! You showed up at 8:56 am... 4 minutes early! I was the one late from dropping my son off at school... I am sorry. Thank you for being patient, kind and understanding. Marcus replaced the broken parts, removed the impeller housing... hand washed it and hand dried it. Did an excelent job repairing our heater and servicing our A/C unit. Thank you Marcus/Aced It!

Wonderful experience working with Caleb for my AC repair. He was patient and explained each part of the cleaning process and repair as I requested. He was able to minimize the charges and recommend only what was necessary to get my unit blowing cold again. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use their services in the future.

August 2025 - HVAC installation:
We had an excellent experience with Aced It Cooling & Heating. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The install team, Shawn and Austin, went above and beyond with their hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail in replacing our heating and air conditioning system. They also made sure the entire worksite was left spotless, which we greatly appreciated.

Equally impressive was the personal involvement of the owners, Caleb and Alex. Their dedication, hands-on approach, and willingness to step in wherever needed reflect the pride they take in their work and their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find business owners who combine leadership with such a strong work ethic, and it made a noticeable difference in the overall experience.

March 2026 - Maintenance:
We had a great experience with Aced It! Cooling and Heating during a routine maintenance visit. Their technician, Marcus, was extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly conduct the maintenance and explained what he was doing along the way.

After completing the work, Marcus made sure the area was completely cleaned up, which I really appreciated. He also provided a detailed checklist outlining every maintenance item that was performed, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything was done properly. Overall, the service was smooth, transparent, and professional. I would definitely recommend Aced It! Cooling and Heating and commend Marcus for his excellent work.

I contacted Caleb for a second opinion after being quoted $2,400 to repair my Carrier furnace. I was told multiple parts needed replacement, but Marcus’s diagnostic revealed it was just a mixed wiring issue. The repair cost a little over $300 instead.

Marcus also identified that my furnace needed rebalancing, a drain gasket, and pitch line correction, all of which were covered under the membership.

Honest, knowledgeable, and transparent service. I also signed up for their membership plan. Highly recommend.

I went looking for a company to install a new mini-split system for our upstairs family room. Looking for a quality product, installed by a quality company, at a reasonable cost. Aced It! checked all of those boxes. Caleb responded promptly, came out the same day with a very professional proposal. Shawn and Edgar did a terrific job of installing the unit. I would highly recommend.

Great service from Bernie who was able to come the same day and inspected our AC unit. Showed me how my 45 + 5 start capacitor wasn’t properly registering the 5 which may cause the fan to not start correctly which would then result in not moving the air through the central air system properly. Ultimately that would not cool the house as it should. He replaced it and showed me how the new start capacitor would properly hit the 45 and 5 readings as expected so the system would turn on the fan as designed. He also let me know that my unit was rated for a slightly smaller home square footage-wise which may be something to keep in mind if I were to ever replace the unit at some point in the future. Overall he found an issue and fixed it and taught me some things in the process. I would recommend his courteous and professional service although you may be able to save money if you have a start capacitor on hand (buy from Amazon).

I was having problems with the AC, Bernie arrived and was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes, he was able to repair it at a reasonable price, and was very qiuck. He was happy to answer any questions regarding AC and very professional. I would recommend Icee Hot Air and will call again next time

Bernie was great. Called multiple places for AC that stopped blowing cold air during heat wave. He was first available a few days later. Professional, prompt and problem fixed less than an hour! Would definitely add as my go to HvAC business. Bonus points for putting on shoe covers in the house. So respectful.

Bernie was amazing! We had a home warranty plan that failed us and he stepped up to the plate and took great care of us! Our heater is now working great and the repair was done quickly! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed!

When AC goes out in this heat it’s imperative to get it fixed quickly, Bernie answered my call and came right away which I appreciate with a baby in the house. Bernie was professional (wore shoe coverings which I also very much appreciate), and extremely knowledgeable. He also came highly recommended from someone I trust who has worked with him for years so having someone you can trust in this industry is crucial. I am very pleased we connected with Bernie!

Icee Hot was an absolute pleasure to have come out and work on my air conditioners. They were very nice and answered any questions I had. We’ve had trouble with our mini split air conditioner for many years and once I called Icee hot, they came out and fixed it in just a few hours which wasn’t attainable by previous companies. Highly recommended for anyone who needs their AC or heaters serviced or replaced!
